After, a short time dealing with their staff they were able to gladly help me with a refund for my bike! Some of the parts were faulty and they didn’t carry them anymore so they were gracious enough to give me a full refund!! I really appreciate this company and the products they have! Wish everyone the best who buys from this amazing company!

The customer service at movcan is absolutely disgusting. Movcan accidentally shipped me 2 bikes on sale each for $600. I only ordered one bike. A customer support team member told me that since the bikes have not been shipped out yet that I will get a full refund and the other bike will be delivered. Movcan still shipped me both bikes and now want me to pay over $200 to ship it back. Absolutely disgusting and I have emails to prove it all.

Customer service was able to fix my problem via email.

This company continues to amaze me! I had a rear motor spokes fail, and they sent me a whole new one!.. And I had no tools so they showed what to do. Cannot speak highly enough about how great they are. Get the v30 pro max its the best. Handles hills with ease.

I have the v60. It’s a great bike and is very good price. I’ve had it for a year and it works perfectly fine. Overall good bike would recommend!
