Hopeless company to deal with.
Giving this company even one star is over-reach. I purchased a Movcan V60 more than two months ago. Shortly after, the rear tire exploded while parked in my garage, and at the repair shop I learned that the controller and wiring was faulty. I had to buy the replacement controller myself and I still have not received the replacement wiring. The company has been completely unresponsive to all the documentation I submitted. So far, I've spent about $500 in repairs and I still don't have a functioning bike. What a rip-off this company is.

Our tire warranty is 3 months and controller warranty is 1 year — you can submit a warranty claim or contact us directly, and we’ll help you solve this.
We also saw that your replacement controller has been delivered. Could you please confirm if you’ve received it? Once confirmed, we’ll issue a full refund for it.

The battery you received is actually compatible with both the V30 and V60 models. However, if you find that it doesn’t work properly with your bike, please send us a photo of the battery you received. We’ll review it right away and make sure to resolve the issue for you.

This has to be the best bang for buck ebike on the market... Bike if fast and stable, and looks bad ass in person.. 100% satisfied so far .

So far bad experience
So far bad experience. Broker charger still waiting a month and purchases a new battery for $359. And. Amé dented and looks used. And haven’t heard from Movcan. Very disappointed. Not happy at all.

Fast bike V40!
I just did a test drive on my bike this morning top speed was 33 miles per hour 53.108 kilometers per hour. I am impressed because I weigh 282lbs. But other day bike was slower the reason was front tire not seated properly on rim, be careful everyone make sure tires on rims correctly

I got my first one in 2024 it was so good,the range was amazing I believe it was the v30 max it was amazing and it took a beating and still ran good ,I just got the dual motor version, amazing I'm in the process of customizing it ,10 out 10!!!
