Highly recommended
Dan came to the house to fix my broken boiler. He arrived earlier (within 10 mins of first ringing) than expected which was nice, he was very friendly, put me at ease, as an 81 year old that is very important to me. Dan was very fast and efficient and I would recommend using your company to everyone.

HIGHLY highly recommend this company.
My first time using this company and they were AMAZING. They came to me within a day, and from then on completed the job effectively, efficiently and with care. Veissman Boiler (fitted 2 years ago) stopped working. Matt was able to diagnose the fault over the phone, had the part in stock, shuffled work schedules and get new pump fitted by the very efficient and helpful Nick the same day. Gold stars all round!

I couldn't rate MPW highly enough
I couldn't rate MPW highly enough. Reliable, friendly, efficient and considerate.
My boiler packed in on Saturday morning
I found them on Google, have them a call and was informed the team were in chipping Sudbury at the time but someone would be with me as quick as possible. Within an hour someone was at my house, checking over the boiler. It required some new parts that couldn't be ordered in for Sunday but first thing Monday they were back and got the boiler up and running.
This was just before Christmas and I had a 2 year old and heavily pregnant wide at the time. Their efficiency at solving the problem was therefore hugely appreciated. What's more, the fallout charge was waived and when fixing the boiler they identified something else that could do with replacing. This was done with no extra charge than the part. I said I felt bad them not charging me and his response was "it's Christmas round the corner and I'm sure that money could go to better use for you and your family". That combined with the job they did was all I needed to know I won't be going anywhere else when I'm in need again. Rate it.

Brilliant service from start to finish
Brilliant service from start to finish. I had a leak under my kitchen sink which needed looking at urgently - I received a reply from MPW very quickly via WhatsApp with confirmation that an engineer would be available in 2 hours. Zak attended and completed the job to a high standard very efficiently, both fixing the pipe/leak and identifying the likely root cause of the drain issues I’ve been experiencing. I’d recommend MPW to anyone in the Bristol, Bath and surrounding areas

I had an excellent experience with MPW
I had an excellent experience with MPW. I had an issue with my electric shower where the solenoid valve failed in the “on” position, causing the water to run continuously. Zak and Seb attended on the same day I called, which was incredibly helpful and reassuring.
Both engineers were highly professional, knowledgeable, and very kind and respectful throughout the visit. The issue was handled efficiently and with great care.

My initial phone call to MPW was…
My initial phone call to MPW was answered immediately by a very understanding lady. Am appointment was made for the next day and Zac and his apprentice arrived on time. Problem was diagnosed and sorted quickly and efficiently. I was very impressed.

Thank you so much for the great review, yes unfortunately on this occassion we had to return in the morning to sort the issue, My engineer replaced 1 part and thought the issue was now resolved, Mpw being valued on the aftercare we provide you advised me that there was still a issue later that evening and I made sure we had a engineer back at your property for 8am the following morning.

POWER FLUSH
We used MPW Group for a power flush. I would give them 5 stars for customer service, responsiveness, reliability, the engineers who completed the work and fixing issues promptly. So much better than other companies or engineers we contacted to get the work completed. Don't bother with anyone else just use MPW. Brilliant all round.

Huge thank you to both James and Seb for their marvellous work in removing my old hot water tank and replacing it with a new one. Both very polite, friendly and pleasant chaps. I had every confidence in them and they did a fantastic job. I really appreciated being able to call back if there were follow up issues. Thank you for getting this sorted before a potential catastrophe took place. Doesn't bear thinking about what could have been.
