Replacement of water heater
Great service from MPW when replacing our 20+ year old water heater. Completed in a day, including some rerouting of pipework as well as replacing the water heater. Kept us informed throughout, explained the new heater and made sure water throughout house was running normally. Would highly recommend MPW.

Excellent service for an emergency plumber.
We needed an emergency plumber this afternoon and MPW group were able to get one out to us within the hour and on a bank holiday no less. The plumber (Josh) was excellent, very friendly and definitely knew his stuff! He fixed our issue in no time.

First Class Service
Dealing with the sale of a late relative's property in Wales, four hours away, is difficult enough. Throw in a leak from the toilet in the bathroom upstairs and it could have been disastrous! My husband found MPW Group and called them out. They arrived promptly and completed what was required efficiently at a competitive price. We were very grateful for their reliability and professionalism. Thank you!

I had an emergency with my toilet
I had an emergency with my toilet. I rang the company and they were friendly and very helpful. They were also upfront with the price of the call out. Someone was here within two hours and sorted the problem quickly and efficiently.

I could book an emergency call out over WhatsApp. Responsive and helpful. Clear pricing. Plumber who came (sorry can’t remember his name) polite and efficient. All fixed within a couple of hours. Thank you!

MPW installed a new boiler for us…
MPW installed a new boiler for us January 2025 along with a little pump. The pump malfunctioned several times but what was so good was the way that Matt and the guys at MPW dealt with the problem; regardless of the number of times they had to come out they were always professional, polite and left the area clean and tidy. It was a frustration to all concerned that we never got to the root cause of the pump problem but Matt and his team found a solution to re-route some of the pipe work to by pass the pump. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone wanting any form of plumbing or heating work completed.

Fantastic service always happy to help and great honest service
I don't normally do reviews but think it is only fair when service goes above and beyond, we moved onto our first house and had issues with the heating system and everyone at MPW has been great, happy to give advise when you want it and great response times, after the leaks we decided to upgrade the heating system but change type and Matt discussed this with us to ensure the new one would meet our needs and all fitted it a day including new pipework, absolutely fantastic and wouldn't go anywhere else

Tap Seal replacement , great attitude towards work.
Contacted them for seals replacement in bathtub tap.
Ben was perfect,came and did the work wonderfully.
I also had questions regarding my boiler and I am very pleased with the clarification he has brought to me .
the plumber that was booked for that day got blocked on another site but MPW found a last-minute replacement for me , which was great beacuse I had taken the afternoon off for this work to be done.

My call was answered quickly in a…
My call was answered quickly in a friendly reassuring tone, and a plumber was arranged to visit later that day to fix my boiler. The plumber arrived on time (in fact a little ahead of time) and did a thorough job of identifying the problem and fixing it. He also gave me some useful advice on trying to identify the same problem myself later using the fault menu on the boiler display. He returning back to base to clean the sludged-up heat exchanger with acid and returning immediately to refit it. Thanks.
