From placing the call for a plumber to the repair it has been a very positive experience. James and Seb, we're amazing, discovered the problem and fixed it, all within 2 hours! this includes sourcing parts. James knows his trade and takes great pride in his work. Great team effort. Great company, heartily recommend
MPW gave a prompt response to initial enquiry. The query was answered professionally and all the options clearly explained. The engineer Dave was professional, prompt, clear with the requirements of the job and kept me informed at all times. Left the area clean and tidy, explained how to use the new boiler and thermostat and removed all the rubbish. Would recommend MPW for any plumbing/heating work.

I am just amazed that this MPW can get…
I am just amazed that this MPW can get so many positive feedbacks. My personal experience was a disaster and they left me down really bad. On top of that the so called Managing Director who was completely not apologetic but called me the type of customer they don’t need. Yes I agree because I have been working in the trade for decades and have different eyes on the quality of their service. I reiterate they are incompetent and the management is ignorant. Good luck with your five stars from people who can’t judge your work objectively. Regards Michael
In response to your reply to my comment I am also still confused why you were unable to do the job. All I would like to say is that Trust Pilot is there so that people who have been let down by businesses can express their disappointment. I still have not had an apology from MPW for running away from a job that a young plumber managed to do with ease.Anyway Happy New Year and enjoy all the 5 Stars. Michael

I fully accept & appreciate that Mpw will not please everyone, thats just life I'm afraid, but this was back last year and your still spending your own quality time leaving reviews on a situation that was some 5-6 weeks ago.

Used MPW for years
Used MPW for years. Matt and the team are great. Reliable, know what they are doing. Are there when they say they'll be. They fitted - and have serviced my boiler, flushed the old system too. Can't recommend enough.

We moved into a house and discovered a non-working boiler. The whole team were great, from Matt coming round to inspect it and produce a quote on the day I called them, to James and Seb installing the new boiler the very next day. Pleasant, professional and polite all the time.

Boiler repair
Called them after our boiler was making a strange smell. Matt was over in 20 mins and had everything sorted within the hour. And, on top of the phenomenal engineering service, he's a really nice guy.
