Excellent
I highly recommend this company, we were quoted for a new boiler on a Friday and it was fitted the next Wednesday. They were very professional and friendly and talked us through the installation. They left everything clean and tidy on completion and talked us through the system and how to use the programmer. Couldn't fault this company at all. Very pleased.

I have used MPW's services twice
I have used MPW's services twice, totally unrelated issues. On both occasions the service has been prompt, friendly and efficient. Neither has been "emergency" status, but they do offer 24x7 callout if required.
With this second event, a change out of a cracked cistern, the old cistern was 40+ years old. The replacement was not exactly the same, so fittings and pipework needed to be changed. Also, it was behind paneling which the plumber had to remove. At the end, he was going to refit the paneling, but I asked him not to as I wanted to take the opportunity to make some minor changes and felt happy to do that myself. All competed and working well.
On both calls the work was done in a professional manner, and the area was left clean and tidy.

Excellent service
Having had an intermittent boiler fault, Matt from MPW group came out. He found the problem in minutes and then came back with the CPU and replaced it 😁.
Matt was very friendly and was done in no time.

Boiler service
Called Mpw on Friday to ask about a boiler service. The admin team were warm and friendly. Gave clear pricing and were able to service the boiler and provide a gas safety certificate the following Monday.
Nick came out and carried out all the work in a professional manner.

Great Company
I have used MPW Group many times now, every time the company is amazing, they are polite, efficient, very quick to respond and very respectful.
Nick completed a Gas service and replace a thermostat for my elderly mother, he was very respectful of her home and took time to explain the working of her new thermostat.
Great company, I would highly recommend them.

Amazing service
Amazing service. The company replied to our call and request very quickly. We came back from a weekend away with a boiler that couldn't be reseted. The company sent engineers to our home within an hour and they were able to solve the issue so we had some heating amd hot water back before the evening.
