I recently subscribed to Mrs Quilty, the instructions are clear, the fabric is pretty and theres a selection of projects to choose from each month. I nearly cancelled because I thought id never get anything completed, however Im on the second box and just made a book pillow in an afternoon. Theres plenty of spare fabric left over to do other projects too. Its not perfect but im pleased how its turned out, not bad for a first time quilter!

Easy to get my issue addressed. They were very prompt with a response.

I am renewing my prepaid subscription after a lapse of one year. I didn’t want any duplicate kits but I was reassured by the team that the renewal will pick up where the last one ended.
Plus they are offering me a discount on some PDF patterns as a WELCOME BACK gift. I can’t wait to start sewing again.

I had a chat with the Mrs. Quilty representative and she was extremely helpful. We are seasonal residents in Arizona and I needed to either hold my next box or possibly cancel it. She was able to delay the shipping date so we would be there and not on the road.

I was interested in a particular pattern. I was not only given information to order, but they actually took care of doing the invoice, etc., I did not have to do anything except pay thru Paypal. How quick and easy! Friendly and great customer service! Highly recommend checking their shop out! Lots of great ideas and projects to choose from.

The chat bot customer service is excellent. My boxes I've received have brought me joy. I look forward to getting them because the quality of the material is outstanding and the lessons in each box are easy to follow. Not to mention the fun extras in the box. I've recommended the subscription to friends.

Very helpful with aftercare

I have had a few questions about the Mrs Quilty boxes. Whenever I ask a question the response is almost immediate. I am very satisfied with the experience I have had with this company. Customer service is very important and Mrs Quilty does a great job!

The materials are great quality. There are different projects you can make. I had an issue with my subscription and even though it was 2a.m I was able to text chat with a customer service rep who sorted the issue out straight away and was very polite and helpful. Can't fault them at all.

My order was about 3 weeks delayed. This was very frustrating. I appreciate that I received an email to expect the delay, but then there was no follow-up from Mrs. Quilty. Once I contacted your company the issue was quickly resolved. I would much rather speak with a human than a chatbot, but such is the way of the world these days.

Customer service was really quick to respond and very kind. I received the subscription box today, my first, and was completely shocked by how detailed the booklet with patterns was! I felt like a very informative magazine with pictures and all. The fabric itself was gorgeous too! I highly recommend getting the subscription box (to beginners, intermediate, and advanced sewist) even if it’s only once, it’s definitely worth it!

I ordered a pack of 12 fat quarters (sweet celebration). However, although the tracking indicated it was delivered, it was no where to be found. I contacted support, and they gave some suggestions and also assured me that if the package did not show up, the would take care of me.
The next day, my husband let our postal carrier know our package did not arrive. He was able to use his gps to locate where the package was and retrieved it. I let Cusromer Support know, and they were happy too! They made some pattern suggestions for the fabric and also gave be a coupon for a future purchase! I have full confidence in the Mrs. Quilty team!

I spent some time deciding whether to subscribe to Mrs Quilty, and I am so pleased now that I have. My first box arrived today. There was an issue with my delivery address which unfortunately I had added incorrectly, however when I brought this to the attention of the customer service department, they bent over backwards to help rectify ‘my’ mistake, and luckily when Royal Mail emailed me to let me know they were going to try delivery, I was able to confirm with them the correct address. The box itself contains a booklet that explains in nice easy terms how to start your quilting journey, and gives you several project ideas with step by step instructions. There are 12 beautiful, high quality cotton fat quarters in complimentary blue hues, (they’re almost too nice to cut up), plus a free quilting square and some spool wraps which are something I’ve never used before but plan to purchase more of. I can’t wait to get going on my first project, however this will have to wait until tomorrow as I’ve spent this evening reading through the booklet. I would highly recommend this product to anyone that loves sewing.

My experience with the Mrs. Quilty company was excellent! The customer support people were outstanding! This is something so rare these days. Their responses were quickly sent and with such a friendly, kind and efficient way. A big 5 stars to this company!

On my 3rd box, it’s been a good learning curve since I had no experience in quilting previously. Love the fabrics with all the coordinating patterns. Had a question for customer service and they were very quick and helpful with the response.
