The range of products and consumables is excellent. I had an issue (nothing to do with the printer) which I experienced exceptional customer service. 100% recommend Munbyn.

had a problem with my printer but after a few emails back and forth, Leo, the senior tech, was able to sort it for me. The service from Leo and team, especially Kat, was fanastic, very polite, very professional. Thank you team for a good customer service experience.

The customer service was excellent. I prefer to chat in real time, but the customer service agent that answered my questions was pretty quick and my concern was resolved.

Leo provided absolutely wonderful customer service in making sure I was well taken care of and that I was justly compensated!

The company scammed me and did not ship my printer. After I started contacting them everywhere, they finally responded and issued a refund—but only for the printer.

However, they are supposed to refund the full amount for all the items. They refused to negotiate or admit their fault, even though:
1. They initially lied about the delivery time, causing me financial losses.
2. I had to reach out to them myself to find out where my order was, even though it’s their responsibility to notify customers if an item is out of stock or if any similar issue occurs.
3. Their customer service is extremely rude.

Right now, negotiations are ongoing, but I do not recommend dealing with this company. It’s better to choose a different one.

If my issue is not resolved, I will be filing a formal complaint with the relevant authorities.
