While the design seemed promising, the durability was an issue for me. The first shower head’s hose broke after only a few months, and the backup unit broke during installation. The buy-one-get-one offer also required additional purchases, which I wasn’t expecting. I’m sharing this so future buyers are aware. Unfortunately, I can’t give this product a high rating based on my experience.

Product feels very cheap, does not seem as durable as advertised. Leaks water even when tightly secured to shower head. Also hose shouldve been a little longer or had come with an extension

Truly an amazing shower head. We purchased 2 heads. One of the heads cracked about a week after I installed it. But I have a replacement on the way. Thank You Muravai

Excellent product - all positive reviews are true! Love it!

Love the mist and the extra water pressure. The delivery was early which was cool

My family and I love this shower head. The water feels so much better and the pressure of the water is amazing. This is our first time having a shower head with a filter and oh what a shock. So glad I made this purchase. I will do it again and again. Thank you

I appreciate the smoothness of my entire body and the fact it has not dried out and itchy! Also, I really appreciate the customer service when my original order was not delivered! They made it right! Thank you again Angela! :)

Hello. My wife and l love the new shower heads. Love the way your hair feels after washing it and it is much easier to stile. Hair seems much more healthy.

I love my new shower heads from Muravai. After about a month my shower hose started to leak, the company was very good about replacing it immediately, it came within 2-weeks and has been working fine ever since p. I was impressed with the quick reaction and the eagerness to fix the problem.

Muravai is an awesome shower head and company. Will recommend them to everyone. Thank you Muravai

Was a simple process . Buy ship easy install and quite a bit of pressure from these heads the wife amd I live them and will recommend to others !

Incredible product, excellent shipping and cost times. Could not be happier with the product! Works exactly as guaranteed. You won't regret it

I need to exchange a piece and after few quick steps my order was in the mail ! The service was higher that I expect;-) Great and quick follow up from the team ;-) bravo !!

Easy to install, and the water pressure is wonderful!!

The shower head itself was great!! Amazing features for me and my wife. Sadly the shower enhancement kit(shower hose and connector kit)that came with didn’t work well. The hose it self leaked allot of water. So I bought a new hose and it works well! Besides that the shower head itself is great!!

This showerhead is so awesome. I love the water pressure and the way it makes my skin feel. I am so glad I purchased it. Thank you so much for making it.

Really good shower head with great adjustable modes. It’s like spa experience at home.

This shower head work great. Skin is still tingling! Soap just rinses off immediately and the pressure is fantastic.

We ordered this shower head at the beginning of the year. Well my husband was in the shower, thank god it wasn’t my son, and the whole head of the shower head split in half. Now that I’ve contacted them about this, they only want to give me a very small % of what we paid for it back. I seriously would never purchase this again. Someone could really get hurt on this product.

I LOVE the pressure from this shower head. I was thrown off a bit at first because it’s plastic, but it has been amazing! I had one issue with an incredibly small crack that was causing water to push out the side, reached out to see what I did wrong, and the customer service went above and beyond to help. Thank you thank you!
