My son has additional support needs and Jack has been amazing with him. He loves going to help get his compositions out of his head and onto paper.

A lovely teacher and very helpful
A lovely teacher who made me feel relaxed and was excellent in her analysis of my singing.
I think my singing will definitely improve with her guidance.
The app however I struggled with finding menus for information etc.

Clunky experience
The site is clunky in a number of areas. The messages with teachers is one example. Finding, responding and history of messages as an example. Same with billing and payment history could be simply laid out but it's not

Highly Recommend — My Son Loves It!!!
Quite easy to find the teacher and purchase the lessons. When I had a problem accessing my account, it was resolved very promptly by the customer service team. My son loves his lessons and is really learning great things. I’m very happy with you guys and would recommend this site to everyone.
