I bought my boyfriend a birdbuddy, set it up at his house and he loves it. He bought me the hummingbird buddy and set it up at my house. We can connect to both of them through the app. Their chat feature made it easy to set up both of them. Now we can watch his bird buddy and mine at different locations and for different birds.

Excellent customer service!
There were some raccoons or squirrels that were chewing on our Bird Buddy house. I contacted Bird Buddy, they made a suggestions for solving the problem, and then replaced the chewed parts. Pretty awesome customer service, I would say!

Love the pictures and identification, but wondering if all the descriptions are correct or if another bird of the same type could be identified.

What the *&%#! is going on?
I sent my BB camera in after the suggestions made to fix it did not work. The battery would not recharge. The same battery was returned to me and it is still not working. Last week I sent a request in for an explanation as to why they returned the battery to me and why it still doesnt work. I have yet to get an answer

Ordered 9 days ago... No idea when it will ship
I ordered this product on March 8th. Today is March 17th. It hasn't shipped, and their customer service cannot tell me when it will ship.
I have since received the bird feeder. It was easy to set up and works quite well. The solar panel works beautifully. There have been a couple of instances when the video identification titles differ between what appears on my wife's phone and mine; however, after some time, the titles automatically change to the same name. Perhaps this is just a lag in the software, WiFi, or phones when relaying/receiving information.

Bird Buddy is great!
I had a problem with my Bird Buddy camera and I emailed them they got back to me and resolved my problem by replacing me with another camera. Now I am enjoying my birds just in time for spring!
