Back in 2009 we decided that for our 25th wedding anniversary we wanted to go to Canada so over the years we saved to be able to make our wish came true.
2013 arrived and we thought we better look to see who we could book our holiday with and we came across My Canada Trips.
After making the initial enquiry we had a phone call from a member of team who asked what we wanted to do on our trip. After a discussion we were then told we would receive an email setting out the itinerary.
We reviewed it and was happy with everything. So impressed that what we would like to do was thought through so well.
Throughout the months wee were contacted to check everything ok and we We received a phone call a few weeks before we were due to travel asking if we were ready and if there was anything else we needed / help or advice with.
Then off we went (first time abroad since 2019!)....and wow what a holiday and what a way to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. Everything was planned so well. The location of the accommodation to the where the different excursions we were going on was done really well.
Our favourite places were Vancouver, Victoria / Vancouver Island (Black Rock Hotel we could of stayed at for longer it was beautiful), Whistler was crazy but amazing, and Banff was stunning. Jasper was the only place we felt we could of just done 1 day at as not much there for the time of year we went.
The Icefields Pathway was something never experienced before and cannot explain to anyone how amazing it was, photos do not do it justice.
The whale watching and bear watching was a dream come true.
All in all we just want to say a massive thank you to My Canada Trips for organising a fantastic trip for us especially for such a special reason. Pure beauty and us time. We will not forget it or our 25th wedding anniversary in a hurry, a dream came true for sure and did not want to come home.
We would recommend to anyone thinking of booking a trip to Canada to go with My Canada Trips and I am sure we will not hesitate to book another trip with you in the future. Thank you so much once again!

It was a perfectly planned trip of a lifetime to Canada and Alaska. Everything went like clockwork and the excursions included were phenomenal. I highly recommend My Canada Trips.

We had an absolutely amazing holiday. Everything was according to our plan. Absolutely smooth transfers,great guides brilliant hotels. Cannot fault this experience.

We had a lovely holiday. The only down side was when we booked with My Canada Trips we were told the Gold Leaf on the Rocky Mountaineer was fully booked for 2024 & 2025 so we booked Silver Leaf. While on holiday we met other people who had booked 3-4 months after us for the same train and were able to book Gold Leaf. This was a holiday of a life time for us which we booked a year ahead and felt very disappointed in the information given by My Canada Trips.

We had an absolutely amazing trip! Vikki at MCT was great putting together an initial plan & then very patient as we tweaked & amended it to suit. It made a huge difference that she had first hand experience of the elements of the trip. I also spoke to other staff during the process & everyone was very helpful & knowledgeable. The confirmation & vouchers were all very clear & concise & the whole trip went exactly to plan! I can’t recommend this company & it’s staff highly enough & will most definitely use them again.

Everything about this trip ran like clockwork. We were able to make upgrades without any problems when booking. We were kept informed of details and a personal call a week before travelling to check we were ready and to answer any questions was a nice touch too.
The tours were also great. Informative and fairly small groups.
Accommodation was excellent- especially in Vancouver.
Rocky Mountaineer was wonderful as was the Alaskan cruise.

We have just returned from a fantastic holiday to Canada and Alaska brilliantly organised by Vicky. From start to finish everything worked seamlessly, the hotel upgrade was exceptional, the trip on the Rocky Mountaineer and the cruse to Alaska were both unforgettable, and we can't thank Vicky enough for doing such a great job.
We will certainly be booking with My Canada Trips again.

What can I say. An absolutely marvellous company from start to finish. I was slightly nervous with our trip to Canada and Alaska as we were doing so much and there were lots of different check ins and meeting points for various excursions but My Canada Trips documentation and instruction was first class so we knew exactly where to go, where to meet, where to check in on what days and what times. The instructions were precise, easy to follow and basically idiot proof which was a blessing for me! The itinerary was fabulous and from the day I booked the holiday to the day we landed My Canada Trips have been incredibly helpful and on the ball. It truly was a trip of a lifetime and would highly advise anyone looking for a top class holiday to use this wonderful company.

Thank you to My Canada for organising the fantastic holiday that we have just had, and also for the flexibility and arranging those extras experiences that we wanted so we could get the most out of the holiday. I was so lucky to come across the amazing team of MyCanada. Cheryl did the itinerary with more suggestions & tweaks to my initial ideas. Everything ran like clockwork. The local tour companies looked after us with such care & friendliness. I had a query with one of the stops, within 12hours I received a phone call sorting it out. I cannot find enough superlatives to say how much this trip was enjoyed….simpy the best!

We recently paid for our upcoming trip and asked for the airline fee to be paid straight away to enable us to book our seats in advance and this was done incredibly quickly. Every contact I have had with customer service has been exceptional. I can't thank Laura (I'm sorry I think this was the name) enough for sorting out a problem we had paying for our seats. Brilliant and very responsive company to deal with.

Superb 19 day trip to Canada planned and executed by My Canada. Fantastic Land excursions , Alaska Cruise and Rocky Mountaineer Train all planned and booked without any issues.
We Had no idea how vast and varied Canada is and how exciting and welcoming it is, but My Canada organised everything to perfection and it all ran seamlessly, from Air to Sea Land and cruise

Great help planing the trip from Cheryl. Worked out cheaper than building the same package ourselves. Will use MCT again for our next trip. Only gripes were the check in time for a few of our accommodations were incorrect - in one case two hours earlier than the hotel actually allowed check in which screwed our plans a little that day. Also WHY OH WHY DO THEY USE AVIS CAR HIRE as preferred provider at YYC? We waited two hours to collect our car on 2nd Sept after arriving from LHR, which put a sour taste on the journey and didn't really leave us in a frame of mind to enjoy our first night. Next time would rather collect car the next day from a downtown location.

We had a great holiday in Canada and Alaska to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary. From the start Kelsey put together our trip to include everything we expressed we would like to see yet leaving us some time to explore on our own. Would highly recommend My Canada Trips to anyone wishing to visit this beautiful country.

We had a fabulous holiday.
Flew into Calgary, transferred to Banff, a few days here with two wonderful excursions. Rocky Mountaineer for two days with stop over at Kamloops and on to Vancouver for a few days.
Next onto a Celebrity cruise up to Alaska taking in Sitka, Juneau and Ketchikan.
For us this trip was a year in the planning and these guys supported me throughout. No matter what stupid or even obvious questions I had they were right there.
I like to be planned, ahead of the game with all t's crossed and it's dotted.
These guys delivered.
Everything was seamless, throughout and without exception.
Hotels provided were excellent and very central.
Excursions were simply superb.
All transfers there and on time.
I genuinely didnt experience a fault nor even find a 'nit picky' criticism of the service provided.
This was our present to ourselves for our 10th anniversary. Your organisation and attention to detail really helped to make it special.

MY CANADA TRIPS

My husband and I went on our first trip to Canada in September this year. It was absolutely brilliant. We did a multi centre trip and did not have any problems at all. We can not thank My Canada Trips enough! What a fantastic experience, so well organised, we will definitely be returning and would recommend this company without hesitation.

Right the way through from the original booking we have had to make multiple queries where the finer details had not been sorted correctly such as internal transfers where you recommend just to get the xpress train with all of our luggage from the airport to the hotel which would have been a disaster therefore we had to sort this ourselves
It has not left us with the confidence to rebook with yourselves or recommend you as a company
The change of hotel in Banff was extremelly disappointing and of alot poorer standard in short nothing more than a hostel for which we are still waiting for a promised small compensation
Again from Vancouver back to the airport we had to find our own transport. When we originally booked with yourselves we did so thinking we were going to have a stress free holiday all planned out for us which has definately not been the case
