I had a puncture that required a new tyre recently 14/4/26 at Rose Park SA MYCAR. Being unexpected I opted for the cheapest tyre at $170 & was told that instead of my usual Continental brand that it would be a substitute Continental tyre that was same but a Mycar tyre. Not being shown the tyre beforehand I agreed. Much to my horror, the actual tyre has MYCAR written on the side of said tyre. I am NOT happy & would've preferred paying for the more expensive tyre without MYCAR branded on the actual tyre had I been informed beforehand. I need to replace another tyre but will look elsewhere for a branded tyre that is not branded MYCAR on side of tyre. Thank you. Regards Michelle.

Booked my car in which had a slow leak from a tyre puncture. It was sorted within a couple of hours at no cost as I had bought the tyres from them.

Ileo was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me great advice in selecting the right tyres for my vehicle. The tyre service was done in a timely manner. Would definitely go back. Very happy with the service provided.

Bad Online system, after"CHECK OUT", saw nothing, thought the booking was done. But after went to Rose Park store, they told me they couldn't find my info, and one guy seemed very unhappy, told me don't park in front of the doorway. Bad experience!
Next time, booking successfully, went to city store, good reception, nice and patient, reasonable price and good service!

I had an amazing experience at mycar! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and helpful. Ian made the whole process smooth. Due to time constraints, needed the car back asap, Ian was accommodating and got the car back on time.
