I've had my car serviced here over the last three years. The customer service is excellent. The staff are friendly and they take the time to explain things to me. They show me what was wrong with a part if it needed to be replaced. I'm very happy.

Car booked in for 9:30 am for 2 hr…
Car booked in for 9:30 am for 2 hr service. Advised by supervisor that another car was due to be serviced before mine and my car would not be ready until 1pm. Not what I was promised when booking car in, after discussing this issue advised he would expedite my service car would be ready at 12pm. Finally picked the car up at 12:30 pm.

My car was damaged during a standard…
My car was damaged during a standard service. They took one month to repair it after causing further damage. Every deadline to return my car was missed. Now I have my car back and it feels unsafe to drive. Customer care refused to compensate in any way or even acknowledge the inconvenience. I now need to go to a third party mechanic for a safety check at my own expense.
