Great and friendly service from Ian and the Rose Park crew!

Bad Online system, after"CHECK OUT", saw nothing, thought the booking was done. But after went to Rose Park store, they told me they couldn't find my info, and one guy seemed very unhappy, told me don't park in front of the doorway. Bad experience!
Next time, booking successfully, went to city store, good reception, nice and patient, reasonable price and good service!

I had an amazing experience at mycar! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and helpful. Ian made the whole process smooth. Due to time constraints, needed the car back asap, Ian was accommodating and got the car back on time.

The customer service was top-notch, and I'll be returning!

MyCar Rose Park were good enough to squeeze our work vehicle in last minute for a long overdue service in a small window of time before it was again needed out on a regional jobsite. Cost was as quoted and the vehicle was ready early. Tyre shine was a nice touch as well!

Minimal service at best, quoted parts that did not need replacing. Got a second opinion from a different shop that confirmed it.

what went wrong you ask, team did a great job at installing new radiator. However, they also broke 3 of the 4 fan guard mounts and decided not to tell me? They also used different, poor fitting clips when reattaching the plastic engine shroud. The shroud came loose during my drive home and started rubbing on the fan belt! Team decided not to tell me that either? I recommend inspecting all work at the shop prior to leaving! I understand plastic does fatigue, so just tell your loyal customers what has happened and don't try to hide these problems

The team at mycar tyre and auto Rose Park were excellent. They took my car in straight away to assess my tyre puncture and within 45 minutes the job was complete. Friendly and efficient service.

My simple problem was taken away.
I appreciated this.
My tire has remained inflated.
