My experiance with My car credit was great, Connor made sure he understood my needs and budget for finance and he quickly assisted making sure it was handled smoothly and was ready to help with any further questions or worries, I had. I would highly recommend My car credit to anyone and everyone !

I worked with someone called Connor and he was so helpful throughout. He went above and beyond and after deposit went down it was only two days until the garage had full payment.

This company doesn't care what customers get as long as they took the money.
I have been charged extra by the dealership and when I said this to the guy who was handling my finance he was completely uninterested.
Same scenario years ago with finance 24/7 I reported the extra charges and they took charge and sort it for me. Buying from them was a mistake.

Not everything is clear and not everyone is getting things done in rather short time, actual I can’t complain much, we had some issues but people working there are very communicative, I would like give 4,5 ⭐ but I can’t.

I was very disappointed that I signed an agreement on a Friday and then on the Saturday received a phone call saying that there was some kind of error and I needed to sign a new agreement.when I looked at the agreement the monthly payment had risen by approximately £30 a month.
I called back on the Sunday and spoke to another advisor who could not understand the terms had changed and forwarded the original quote . I felt like cancelling the whole thing as I realised that my car credit would receive an additional £500 and that the advisor would receive an extra bonus if I signed the 2nd agreement. I only went ahead because I had already been dealing with the car dealers for over a week and did not want to start the process again with another car finance broker.

I'm sorry but just no. So for about a week I've been back and forth with them. I was accepted at 11%apr through Experien. When they initially phoned me they said no it'll be 34%apr. I argued with it a little and they brought it down to 23%apr. But then told me if I can find a car 8 years old or younger they will do the 11%apr. So I did. Yet they've said over the phone it'll still be 23%apr.
I'm at a point in my life where I'm realistic with money and kind of know what I'm doing. In my early 20s I bought cars with ridiculous APR rates and it ruined me. Although I can more than afford the payments at 23% it's just the principle of paying around 1/4 of the car loan on top of the price of the car (which garages are over pricing cars anyway).
Unfortunately I would not recommend this company. Get your credit score at a point where you can get a bank loan or Tesco loan. Don't get ripped off.
Side note, the women on the phone was so lovely throughout and I understand she's reading a script but she was very polite and professional. She in fact apologized that the APR didn't change.
