Failed to deliver. Stayed in all day. No reason given.

Set the delivery address to hotel where I work, 24 hours reception, couldn’t be any easier, but the courier still failed to deliver the item 4 times.

Was mich wirklich ärgert:

wir befinden uns im Garten, der Bote sieht uns, während meine Frau zum Gartentor geht, wirft der Bote eine Benachrichtigung in den Briefkasten und verschwindet wie der Blitz. so muss ich den Tag abwarten um mein Paket bei der Post selber zu holen.
Wenn die Boten keinen Lohn bekommen, verstehe ich das eventuell noch. IST DAS SO ?

Item (H0067A0331670023) was due to be delivered 3 days ago, and every day I do recieve this email;"We're still delivering your Packlink parcel today but we've had to reschedule your delivery". Ebay using this company as it is cheap postage, and the company not able to handle all orders, with inexperienced drivers...

Hermes driver too lazy to deliver to the door despite two large signs saying All deliveries to the front of the building left the parcel in the roadway at the rear of the property!! ( drivers photo)Needless to say it was stolen. Ebay nor Hermes want to know.......So I have just lost a lot of money Due to downright laziness of delivery driver. Hermes need closing down.

Bought some cups from amazon.
The address was clearly a business address with a time slot of Monday to Friday and 9am to 5pm.
Hermes said attempted delivery 12.15 Saturday morning.
Got in touch with hermes to bt latest delivery Monday 8pm.
Totally useless as they follow simple instructions.

If I could have given no stars I would. This company is shocking, unreliable and I can't understand why Amazon continues to use it. Over the last 12 months delayed or lost goods has been a regular pattern. For example they took 9 days over the due delivery date to actually get plants delivered, which by the time they arrived were all dead! Most recently, failed to deliver next day dog food. After several contacts...an almost impossible feat via AI ..they then said they'd lost it. We reported it to Amazon, and the catalogue of lost etc goods and was told by the customer advisor...they'd had lots of complaints and shouldn't be using this company! There are far superior delivery companies out there to use, this isn't one of them.

Appalling. They have not delivered even two days after they promised next day delivery. No communication, no apology, nothing.

My ebay item was stolen whilst with the courier. Their resolution service is useless and their communication system for filing dispute seems designed to frustrate the caller. This is positively the last time I use them and Ebay would do well not to suggest them as it also damages their reputation.

UPDATE. the item has now been- as far as Evri are concerned! - 'delivered'. However, the package was simply resealed and all it contained was a plastic cover used originally to protect the item. I THINK WE CUSTOMERS SHOULD CREATE A STINK. I WOULD WRITE TO THE POLICE AND CONTACT YOUR MP. THEY REALLY DO NEED DEALING WITH. WHOSE INTERESTED IN SORTING OUT THIS AWFUL UNETHICAL COMPANY?

Just lie. I have been on both days they said they tried to deliver. No they did not. Tried calling all automated, no joy. Today they said they tried to deliver but when I phoned the automated call service (no humans are ever available) they say (although they said they tried to deliver) it is with the seller. Sellers, avoid like the plague, everyone else managed it, never Hermes. To prove a point the Amazon man managed it at midday!!

Ordered Cuprinol on Amazon. Didn't notice delivery company at point of ordering. Unfortunately I had the same experience 2-3 weeks ago with Hermes.
Hermes which said "Unfortunately, Hermes Uk ran into an issue when attempting your delivery" "they will try again"
We were working outside the front of our house all morning and no Hermes driver came! Hermes tracking says it left the depot at 10.43 and attempted delivery at 10.43 One minute later! impossible.

Paid for next day delivery didn't receive my parcel.
Also told the retailer i wont buy from them again if they use Evri/MyHermes as their courier.
Also gave negative feedback to the retailer for using them.

No delivery. Emails received advising delivery attempted 3 consecutive days but no attempt made as family in all days and no card through door advising missed call.
Lies and deceit time and again

Ordered a garden storage box from amazon hermes at last minute changed delivery date causing me problems, it arrived in damaged box, parts inside smashed.
Ordered replacement and again delivery was changed at last minute and had to cancel a day out to be home between 10.30 and 7pm, mid afternoom this extended to 8pm and then never turned up atall, message came through that attempt was made at 7.56, no it was not, they not only employ morons but lying morons as well.
I put one star to make a point but they would have make masive improvements to deserve even that, I will never buy again on amazon if the seller uses them.

Mein Tipp einfach kein Paket mehr mit Hermes versenden, nur so können wir uns als Konsumenten/innen wehren! Diesbezüglich auch keine Kulanzlösung von mir - leider habe ich heute kein Paket für Hermes

I ordered quite a few holiday items a month ago each with several different postal services. I have received items delivered by Yodel, Royal Mail, DPD. All of them have arrived on time apart from the only two items being delivered by Hermes which have been delayed and i wont get before i travel. Disgusting service, I'm so annoyed and I will never order anything being delivered by these cowboys ever again even if they have changed to Evri

What went wrong this time? My wife ordered some cosmetics from Amazon.
Order supposed to be delivered by Hermes/Evri (yes we've had problems before). Usual pack of lies "we experienced difficulty delivering your item"
Why don't Amazon stop their sellers from using this bunch of cowboys?

Hermes are absolute trash They never deliver Avoid using this service. Totally incompetent

According to Amazon, Hermes tried to deliver my item on 14th but, Hermes website says it's not out for delivery yet as does Evri. This is the second time a courier company have 'lost' my item and, the same company responsible HERMES
