Better sleep

I was having problems sleeping at night because of knee pain. I put Hirelief on my knees and hips and was able to get 6-7 hours of sleep. A huge thank you to Hirelief.

After suffering from Restless Leg…

After suffering from Restless Leg Syndrome, (RLS) for years, I read so much about HiRelief, that I thought I had nothing much to lose.

After rubbing the salve into my leg, I felt a slight relief. As the nights went by, more and more relief!

Another thing I would like to share, is I have terrible arthritis in both of my hands. After rubbing the salve into my legs, I noticed a HUGE difference in
my arthritic hands.

I have been dealing with the aftermath…

I have been dealing with the aftermath of 2 falls within 15 months. I tore a meniscus in my left knee from the first fall. The second fall, 6 months ago, tore both menisci in my right knee, as well as torn gluteal muscles and a triggering of sciatica from a spinal stenosis. True Relief worked much better in managing my pain compared to Bengay, Voltaren, and Salon Pas lidocaine patches. I was so happy with it that i got some for my daughter who has back and knee problems. She also feels like a new person.

Soft and soothing

This cream is soft and soothing. I use it every night before bed. I won’t say it has taken my sciatica away, but it seems to be slightly less painful. Delivered promptly and packaged well.

It has given me some relief when…

It has given me some relief when nothing else has! I wish I had ordered more than 3! It is not enough. If there was a way to up the amount I’m getting I would be interested!

Finallly got the answer I had been…

Finallly got the answer I had been waiting for! Took almost 2 months, but the CEO responded and I got a full refund. (Apparently). Hasn't shown up in my account but I trust that it will happen.

Extreme Caution

I would strongly advise extreme caution with this company. 1st they did not honor their 90 day guarantee. 2nd they continue to send their product monthly, apparently somewhere during your purchase there is an indication that they will continue to send jars monthly. When I questioned this practice I was told it was there policy and that they sent an email prior to shipping. I have no record of such an email. Their integrity level is nonexistent.

Customer Service To The Rescue

Initially had some trouble completing my order online. It seems their ordering system’s built in “fraud detection”, suspected fraudulent activity and locked me out.
Julie from Customer Service acknowledged my concern within an hour and had the issue resolved very fast. She went above and beyond by checking back with me to ensure things worked properly. Additionally she sent an acknowledgment of my order with comments and apologies for any frustration and inconvenience I experienced.
A Great Customer Service experience from a company that makes a wonderful product that works!
I appreciate their dedication and concern for their customers.
