Mypay have always been very supportive to my needs since i joined them. They have an amazing team and their customer service is Excellent !! I would recommend them to anyone that needs an Umbrella company.

The team are always happy to help and support any questions I have. I’ve been bitten by dodgy umbrella companies trying to sell tax avoidance products. MyPay is clear on what you pay and how it’s paid. I’d fully recommend them.

I have used the services of Mypay for around 4 years and always had a wonderful experience. Pay is processed on time, communication with the team is excellent. David J who is my direct contact, is extremely helpful, patient and responsive.

Comparatively priced to other umbrella companies, defintely a recommended service.

Michelle and the team at mypay are great. I am moving into a permeant role which is why I unfortunately won't be needing their services. They are a fantastic company. Everyone I've ever dealt with there has been a pleasure to speak with. They go above and beyond and nothing is too much trouble. I would highly recommend them.

I found it so easy to contact this Company. They contacted me weekly to remind me of any invoices due. So polite & extremely helpful. I can highly recommend them and will definitely use them for my next contract.

As a contractor I receive my pay through umbrella companies. I find MyPay to be extremely professional and astute in delivery of their services. They have a good audit and governance structure in place which ensures correct taxes / NI contribution's are paid and all money handled by them is properly accounted for. The team are helpful and informative and nothing is ever too much trouble. I can’t recommend MyPay enough.

Well i had issues with payments for maternity leave. I contacted David J, and he sorted my payments on that real day. I received payment the same day. I have worked for mypay company since 2017 and David J has been my first contact manager. He has always sorted any payment problems if any. He replies to all emails and offers good helpful advise if i am stuck with payment decisions. I recommend him.
Ps: i was surprised that they offer maternity pay! given we are freelancers. Their service is spot on. Thanks to the dedicated team in my case thanks to David J.

And if you are lucky enough to get and talk to Kim Jones, your day will be filled with satisfaction because all your questions will be answered satisfactorily. He organised and paid me early if I needed this. Expert help, very professional, very good at explaining anything at all, patient and kind too.
