I ordered two seperate orders. 1 order came - the other didnt....50% strike rate. I asked for a refund and they processed. I believe they may have been out of stock however online they had the products on stock

They must have addressed the problems. I ordered a suit, 2 x trousers and a vest. The Order arrived within 5 days of being lodged with the standard delivery rate. Everything was as expected and I am totally happy with the whole service. I've read all the negative reviews and can only assume that they have super addressed the problems. I can't recommend them enough.

I ordered some kids items. Read the negative reviews after and thought I may have to write off the purchase. However I was pleasantly surprised today to receive my order - 10 days after ordering. And the items were as good as expected.

I have been waiting for several weeks for my bow ties and needed them for my wedding..

Never arrived. Terrible service.

They lied and kept saying the product was on the way but it never arrived.

Don't buy from this company. Been over a month and still waiting for my goods.

This is a real shame. Their website appears to offer some good stuff, which I ordered from. However, there was never any order confirmation. I promptly followed up, without much success. "Ben" eventually replied stating that my order was received and was dispatched the following day. All good.

Time passes. After more enquiries (and lukewarm responses from a "Ben" and "Silvana") I am told that my order was dispatched and would be with me the next day - it never arrived.

I then research My Tuxedo for feedback: BIG LESSON - ALWAYS do your research BEFORE placing any orders with a site you've never ordered from before.

Whilst they continue to spam me with their "deals", they fail to answer the most basic of questions. I learn that indeed, the order is supposedly fulfilled from the UK - NOT Australia.

They've responded with a typical "It will be delivered within the next 4 days".

To consumers: If you pay my credit card, then you have the right of a chargeback if goods aren't delivered. It's easy to get a refund, but it takes a looong time and lots of paperwork to go through. I will be embarking on this process if, within four days my order hasn't arrived.

This is a real shame. My Tuxedo seem to have what I want, but they simply can't communicate. And they're also really CRAP at responding with real information - they're simply not geared up for sales. If they're genuine, then they certainly don't want feedback such as this. I'd willingly support them if they were just open, transparent, and above all - honest.

Why not place an order and judge for yourself? Don't expect your order to be fulfilled anytime soon - after all, I'm still waiting for mine ....

Paid the extra for express delivery and when i chased was told they were out of stock in Australia and was being sent via the UK. There is no chance of the item arriving in time now and need to go find something else for my function. Also, there is no number to call on their website and everything is done by email. Quite frustrating. Also, looking at the tracking website, the item is going to Wellington Australia, not Wellington New Zealand. Pretty poor.

Although when you look around this site you assume, because the return postal address is in Adelaide, that this isn't Australian website. It is not! I have just received my vest and tie, too late for the event intended, and noticed that it shipped out of Belgium. As per many reviews on trustpilot, do not use this site if you have a short window for delivery. You will be disappointed.

Horrible customer experience and my goods have still not arrived. Scam and please do your self a favour and stay away from this company

Terrible. Their website is deceptive in that it gives the impression the goods will be coming from Adelaide.
No phone number. I ordered on 29 December and still nothing received on 15 January despite assurances I would have it within their stated time frame. Will never purchase from them again and will be lodging a complaint with Consumer Affairs and anyone else I can think of.

I had an idea that this company was not in Aus, as there is nothing other than an au email to be found on their site. But they had a waistcoat and tie I was after. Still waiting 20 working days later. Wish I had seen these reviews beforehand, because now wondering these will ever show up.

At least used Paypal so should get refunded if I get stuffed around. But I'd pay a bit more and buy local next time.

Australian buyers beware. This company is not based in Adelaide, but in the UK and they cannot actually deliver within the specified timeframes for express postage. When I requested tracking information from them I received details for a courier company other than the one advertised. Further I was told delivery had been attempted which was a lie - the delivery address was for a reception desk that is staffed from 7am until 6pm. They claimed no one was there after 3pm. When I called the courier company the next morning they advised that they had only just received the parcel and no delivery had been attempted.

Product not only late but cheap and inferior for the price. I returned item and waited to hear from them . After two weeks I contacted them and they upfront asked for proof or postage. They didn't check first . Then closed my request stating I have not responded . Rubbish I waited for them to reply.
They claim to have five star service and are award winning. I call lies on this claim.

Ordered white suit from their website, the one I received was different! Quality is baaaad! I guess you get what u pay for. They promised a refund when I return it, still waiting for this to happen after 7month... forget it! Not even worth to buy their suit for $10. I have sent many emails and I have clicked the below "notify" button ... I'll keep you posted .

I am from Australia.
I ordered a suit jacket, 7 pocket squares, 4 ties and a suit vest. They were slow on arrival (because they came from the UK) but arrived and we're all perfect! I absolutely loved everything. They were exactly as they said on the website. I could not thank mytuxedo enough for making my wedding day, myself and all of my groomsmen look stunning!

I've been waiting 5 weeks, still not recive my order. not refund the money as well. Bad, Not happy.

Worst experience ever! Have still not actually received the items, no way of speaking to anyone as there is no phone number on their website and it looks like they have just deleted it from the Terms and Conditions. I only get emails with no actual answer to where my product or refund is. No one will call me and I have requested this multiple times as well as a contact number so I can call you them and I get nothing. Despite paying for priority shiping with Toll they can't give me a tracking number that actually exists! Believe this could all be a scam and if it isn't then it is the worst service in the world! Do not ever order form them!

No tracking code, no customer service number. Delivery is now 2 weeks late. Provided a refund a week ago but gather it's because they don't actually send half of their orders.

Just a note, a refund doesn't level things out. Customers then have to go shopping again for another item, therefore they are delayed even further meaning the event for which an item has been ordered has often past.

Do better guys.
