Smooth process of switching from SOLO401k to personal self-directed Trad IRA and Roth IRA

I am client of the Nabers Group for about 10 years, and was always greatly satisfied with their products, service, and innovation.
My last engagement (switching from SOLO401k to the personal self-directed Trad IRA and Roth IRA) is another great example of that!

They always respond almost immediately…

They always respond almost immediately with superior knowledge on how to help. Most recently Nabers Group helped me setup a a personal loan from my solo401K and walked me through process step by step. Well worth the money!

Very user friendly

I was premature with this step toward my quest for financial security. I called Chelsey and explained my situation. She went above and beyond to help me. I know she will be waiting in the wings to help me with my investments in the future.

Expecting more hands on guidance

As I get my solo 401k trust established I am looking for more help and guidance to make sure I fully understand the opportunities and limitations. When I reached out via chat the Nabers team has directed me to online resources that were not sufficient. I really need a resource who can consult and advise as I get started.

I think it's been a year now since I've been with Nabers. The support has been unwaveringly stellar. They know this stuff! They're quick. All of them. Doesn't matter who I talk to or chat with. Today it was Mercedes. They just make this so easy to do and feel confident you're doing everything correctly.

Poor customer service.

This company charged my account for months even though I did not sign the forms and complete the set up because I discovered a Solo401K is not legal in my situation. I reached out to Nabers to ask for a refund and they ignored my request. I followed up later and they said they couldn't find the previous email. I forwarded my original request and they ignored it and only refunded one month of fees. (It's been going on for 6 months)
