GREAT: I was going to contact support to…

I was going to contact support to rollover funds (because I forgot how I did it last time), but found it was literally a click away (select your current 401k from a dropdown/list box) and Nabers created the documents/pdf for me.

It's actually harder to change your phone number with them than get faxable documents.

You do need to make it easier to change your phone number...

Great Fiduciary!

Experience with Nabers Group for our Solo401K Trust has been excellent. Their support is superb, and have been very helpful on multiple occasions when we had questions as a newbie. They even alerted us to a pending liquidity issue with Gemini's Crypto Earn program, allowing us to pull our funds out before they got locked from withdrawals! Great Solo401K Trust provider.... don't think twice.

Overall, the experience was a very positive one. The information is good. Josh did well in the "interview."
There are way, way too many emails, starting with the reminder for that interview and subsequent to signing up.

I'll pass on your feedback about the number of emails to our team. Just started working with Nabers Group…

Just started working with Nabers Group to get my Solo 401K Plan and Trust setup and they did an excellent job and made it very easy to get everything completed. The banking setup for our Solo-401k Trust account with their recommended bank and their staff was the most pleasant banking experience I've ever had.
Overall, so far they have been a delight to work and hopefully it continues to be so.

Nabers is outstanding!

Nabers is an amazing platform for Solo 401Ks, the team is outstanding, helpful, and always keeping our best interest at heart. Of course, they always encourage us to consult with SMEs if we have specific questions about our own unique situation. But the wealth of knowledge and guidance at Nabers is stellar. Kudos to Josh for answering all our questions. If anyone is considering a Solo 401K platform, I highly recommend Nabers Group. Thank you Nabers!

Chat help is actually helpful! (contrary to the norm)

I don't particularly like chat customer service, but I have to say that the help I got through chat at Nabers.com was fast and attentive. Great job! Seems like a small but dedicated and well-informed crew over there.

You charged me a set up fee And an…

You charged me a set up fee And an annual fee. Now you demand a monthly fee also to keep in compliance. What is next, a daily fee? I worked on your 5 minute set up for over an hour then I transferred my funds to a bank IRA. Zero star rating was not available.

Hi Gladys, appreciate your feedback and happy to clarify our pricing structure. If you are a legacy "docs only" user, you pay a flat setup + flat annual fee. If you are a "fully featured" user, you pay a flat monthly fee. You never pay both. If you accidentally sign up for a 2nd service you don't need, we proactively refund you. I don't see your name in our client database, but our policy is to only charge our users for one Solo 401k plan.

Thanks, Joe. During the IRS required restatement, we pre-populate your current 401k plan info to ensure data integrity. However, we always allow you to amend addresses, phone numbers, etc. If you have anything else that needs editing, please reach out and our team will make that happen for you right away!

Great experience opening

Great experience! Wasted two weeks waiting for Chase to approve the 401k Trust Docs. Sent the docs to Solera National Bank (bank listed as partner to solo401k.com) and they opened the account in two day! Solo401k was great but just a few too many email back and forth to figure out what the next steps were to do.

I’ve just started the process of getting squared away and so far it’s been the best experience! I was able to schedule a quick call with ilana and she was able to help answer my questions and has continued to do so through email. Definitely reassuring knowing there is someone available to help!!

The Nabers group is beyond exceptional…

The Nabers group is beyond exceptional in hand-holding during the establishment process and being available (quickly) to help answer any ongoing questions I had. Setting up this new Solo 401k was an entirely new process for me and I had a lot of questions along the way. There was always someone at Nabers to help me in a fast and friendly way. They are also on top of things as it relates to tech, so coordinating the paperwork is mostly done digitally and was not very taxing.

I have called Nabers a number of times…

I have called Nabers a number of times through the years to clarify questions that come up regarding my SOLO 401K. They have always been so helpful, kind and patient. I’m hesitant to recommend businesses to friends and associates but Nabers is one I am happy to share with those interested, without reservation.

Confusing process

My husband, son, stepfather and I all have opened new LLC accounts and IRA accounts. We have all had issues and confusion with the process.
