Great person and great respond time if you ever need help with anything.

The program is easy to use, well documented on the company's website, and the customer support is very responsive. The program is agnostic with regard to its sources, and will capture video streams from many online sources.

Brought a product that worked well after installation. It then started acting erratically. I contacted the company explaining the problem. What impressed me was the prompt reply. After following their instructions, the program was back up and running correctly.

I had a project i was working on a few months back. Downloaded the software to accomplish my task. It worked well for what I needed. Began working on a recent project and found I needed to use the software again. I was limited to a daily download of 3. I decided it worked so well that I purchased a 1 month subscription. After I completed my project, I was truly impressed by the speed and glitch free nature of the software, I decided to purchase a lifetime license. Well worth the price. Very easy and intuitive to use.I highly recommend it. In addition, their customer service department was very helpful in turning my 1 month trial subscription into a lifetime license. You've now got a customer for life. Thank you.

Every time I have a problem, I send an email. I'm answered quickly and always with a solution to my problem.

The only app I've tested re: YouTube videos that does not run into serious trouble after a while when accessing the YouTube website. Moreover, when it seemingly did so once, SurFast staff was extremely helpful and responded very quickly (i.e. overnight) with advice as to possible reasons and where to look in my folder system for missing software components that might have been causing the trouble. Within 48 hours or so, the issue was solved. A very professional and service-oriented startup company.

Very professional people. They solved my problem immediately with no delay. I recommend SureFast Video Converter to anyone who needs it, it is relly good and their customer service is really remarquable.

I Had a problem With My Surefast software and immediately they fixed it. They Are very Professional and they Are The Best of the Best.

I have been using the product for a while now and so far, it is conveniently awesome to use. Then a problem has been encountered. I sent an email to support and got a reply within the day. Though the issue didn't get resolved right away, they assured me that they are already looking into it and a fix may take within a day or two. But within the same day, I got an email saying an update had been completed and I can resume using the application. That was a quick fix. Thank you!
