Nabla Mind Avaliações

Had an issue with the software license - a result of migrating to a new system. Simple email request with a next business day friendly response with the fix applied. The way service should be.

Support was great and fast! Thank you for helping me solve my needs.

Very useful video downloader with great features. I can download from various sources, and the support is fast and friendly. Recommended for anyone looking for a reliable video downloader.

exelent! exelent! exelent!

Wow! I bought a new Mac and had to get my activation code unlocked to use Surfast.

Fast is the word. Support quickly unlocked the code and let me know. Now this is what product support is about!

The Video downloader downloads almost everything including from very secured website. You usually succeed going through the embedded "private" navigator when pasting the URL is not enough for stubborn websites.
I have other downloaders but the one from NablaMind succeeds more often.
Tech support was prompt and responsive.

They help me build my offline internet database with surfast2.

Speedy response and quick resolve on issues, most of all Nabla Mind's Surfast Video Downloader is truly amazing!!!!

Excellent software & friendly customer service.
Thank you for all the support.

I use different tools from NablaMind and I find them pretty useful, easy to use even for non-techy users, and never experienced bugs as of today.
They also offer online free versions that can be really useful when you need something quick!

This app is great! I have been using it since Black Friday 2024 and I have been able to download any video I needed from different platforms. It's fairly fast and doesn't slow down your computer while downloading. And the cherry of the pie: its awesome Customer Support! They reply to my request promptly and helped me resetting my app license when I moved from my old lap to a new one.

Der Support ist fantastisch, besonders Charlene. Das Programm ist blitzschnell und es ist sogar möglich, die Qualität des Downloads selbst zu bestimmen. Daumen hoch!

Using this for a couple of months, and it's very good. Great Customer service

Excellent support & efficient software!

I had some trouble downloading my private YouTube videos at first, but the support team was amazing — especially Charlene, who guided me step by step with patience and clarity. After following her instructions, everything worked perfectly!

SurFast Video Downloader is very intuitive and fast. I’ve downloaded over 100 videos without any issue since then.

Highly recommend this software and their great customer service. Thanks again to the team!

I’ve had such a fantastic experience! The service is great, and I'm always impressed by how quickly I get help whenever I run into a problem. Thank you!

I had a problem with the licence code to Surfast Video Downloader. After an email to custimer support, this issue was solved without delay The app has a simple but intuitive interface. The performance of the app is great.

Super Logo is terrible, you cant write your own prompts, you cant edit or modify anything it gives you a poor selection of pre-canned ai generated logos, won't let you export as SVG, AI.. horrible application must of been built in the third world like Pakistan or India.

Application window is not resizable. This is a serious amateur move.

The SureFlex Screen Recorder package for the MAC works great, it is very configurable. Also, when I changed computers recently they were VERY prompt at insuring that they fixed my license so I could use it right away on my new Mac

La experiencia ha sido genial, el contacto con soporte ha sido excelente, rápida y resolutiva, me solucionaron un problema con las descargas, tengo la versión permanente, ha sido una de las mejores compras, os recomiendo.
