I ordered the boxy turtleneck which was exactly as described. Im very happy with it. However it is shipped from China which is not explained anywhere on the website which I felt it shoulve been as it took over 2 weeks to arrive and the tracking information was difficult to figure out

Poor quality, unpredictable sizing, chaos in the billing department
I have ordered several items from this company. One of them, a floor-length hooded gown of a sweatshirt-like material, is satisfactory. The others have been of cheap wrinkled material, poorly cut, and of sizes varying from XXS to XXXL. (I wear, and ordered, size M.) On my most recent order, the company accidentally refunded part of my payment before I even received the items. Now they are harassing me to refund them the refund, and to send the items back at my own expense. I'm not going to. If they send me prepaid mailing labels, I will return the items. But I'm not going to refund the refund, then wait around for them to refund the refund of the refund -- that's ridiculous.

The PJ’s are all beautiful- but …
The PJ’s are all beautiful- but the delivery times are endless. I think it should be made clear before placing an order that you won’t get it for several weeks. But, even though I wasn’t able to use them for my intended purpose ( a trip that I took before they arrived) I do love them.

Understandable supply chain issues but i had a missing item
The product received was great. Good quality and gorgeous but i ordered in June and received them in end of August and even then I am missing 1 of my 3 items I ordered. I am just waiting to hear back from them. I rarely leave a bad rating but I am just disappointed and frustrated with my missing item that i would like to recieved. I actually like the items and want them. I don't even want a refund, i just want the items i ordered and want my missing item. Thank you
