Insufficient fabric to make the clothes?!
I ordered from NAP loungewear in May and never heard from them for two months so I reached out. Turned out they have insufficient fabric to make the item I bought?! They did ask if I wanted to be refunded, but I chose to wait because I got a good deal. Now that it’s end of August I am regretting that decision. If you run out of fabric, how are you still selling the product and marking it as IN STOCK? Order No. 519704

I only received one item of the two…
I only received one item of the two that i ordered, and there appears to be very little to be done in terms of returning the other item (which i don't like). So.. I'm stuck paying for two items with no apparent recourse.

I love Nap Loungewear!
I love Nap Loungewear! The clothes are comfortable, stylish, and just my style. The fabric is very high quality and the items last for a long time. In addition, the customer service is really fantastic. Whenever there is an order delay, they are fast to respond, very understanding, and they help get the issue resolved quickly. Ever since the pandemic started I have bought a lot of clothes from them and have always had a really positive experience.

I love the garment, the only issue was delivery. I received a message saying that I had given the wrong mailing address (I didn't), and had to pay an extra $3 to have the post office resend it.

I received my dress and one of the straps in the cal doesn’t work- I can’t adjust the length. Definitely won’t be buying anything else, although I think the product looks good

What I received is not what I ordered
I ordered several items. I ordered a Blouse in yellow and blue. It arrived in the wrong size and both were blue. Other items were not what I ordered but a close look a like. I spent $468.00 and will never use this company again not to mention how long it takes to receive your order. Do not purchase from this company

I’m begging you to not buy from this company. The Nap Greek Maxi Dress is hands down the most poorly made garment I have ever seen in my life. It looks absolutely nothing like the photo. This company is such a scam and returns are near impossible.

Delivery takes quite a while
Delivery takes quite a while, and no updates have been provided on status after order was received. I ordered before and liked what I got, so no big deal. BUT this time blazer/pants set I ordered was upsetting: size XS was huge, although sizing chart info said it’d fit me height-wise etc. The suit was about $200 - I expected a better quality of fabrics and craftsmanship for that amount. Returns are a bit of hassle too
