Good morning, I’m sorry to say my experience was not good, partly because my mailbox in point Roberts had closed, I did not know that when I used that address. But after that I did receive 1 fitting, I needed at least two and I think I ordered 4 fittings. Also when the one 3 dollar fitting showed up there was a 142 dollar shipping fee. The 7/16 x 1/4 male adapter was exactly what I needed but I needed a couple more. Anyway, how ever that happened I’m still short and it wasn’t that great of an experience, thanks for the one fitting though

No nonsense about "delivery fee" seems every business in world sees opportunity post tarrifs to artificially increase prices even with USA manufactured goods. Glad to see these folks did not jump on that bandwagon. Cord was Southwire, obviously new,unused, properly marked.

This was my third purchase from this company. I appreciate the live chat feature to get technical advice when needed. Overall cost was the lowest. Even with shipping costs, the price was significantly lower than our local big box chain stores or electrical supply house. They also have a much larger inventory of cables. I was able to select the cable I specifically needed for my project rather than settle for the one cable the big box stores had. Shipping time is also very reasonable usually less than a week for my location (Ohio). If I need cable for any future projects, I will certainly purchase from Nassau Cable again.

What I needed with fast shipping to get it when I needed it.

Was unsure about buying from a website I didn’t know but they have good standing with the BBB so I took a chance. It was worth it. Good selection of hard to find by-the-foot purchase, better pricing than competitors, and it was received quickly (3 business days).

Awesome service and delivery. I ordered a 250ft roll of 2-2-2-4 wire and realized I ordered the wrong wire and was needing 1/0-1/0-2. Contacted them and they immediately corrected my order before it was shipped. Once the order was corrected it was shipped and I received it earlier than I expected with a great easy delivery

The 100 ft. cable came on a reel and looks to be in perfect condition. I am still in the process of installing the 2 solar arrays. This cable was purchased to work with TIGO Optimizer system.

In the most important ways, Nassau National Cable was 5 Stars with my order. Ordering was easy, pricing was good, and I received quality wire in just a couple of days. So what did they fall short on? Communication. My order was a black box, in that I had no idea what was going on with it. I kept checking the the website and saw "processing order". I was starting to get worried, and about to cancel the order and go to my local supplier. Out of no-where my order suddenly showed up on my front porch. There had been no indication it had even shipped. The funny thing is, the day after I got it, they suddenly start communicating, telling me it shipped and giving me tracking numbers,etc. After a few more days they even followed up again with confirmed delivery notice. But it was a little worrisome to start and if they simply told when they shipped it, this would have been 5 stars for sure.

Nassau team was amazing and were able to answer all my questions regarding the lock I purchased. I did not receive much help from other suppliers (and other suppliers gave me incorrect information). My lock arrived overnight from Nassau team and came with everything necessary to replace by myself (no locksmith necessary)

I was a little afraid of ordering from Nassau cable because I read other reviews of people having delivery problems. When my 1/0 wire was shipped I received an email from David Bradman that it was shipped. I was a little nervous and called there customer care line and asked to speak with him about the shipment. He calmed me down and told me when it was delivered to TAKE PICTURES of the delivery. So, I did. Well, the boxes had popped open because of rough handling from UPS but each spool weighed 47 pounds plus the weight of the spool for 53 pounds. This spool was so well wrapped that I think that no thief could ever cut a piece off of it. I worked and worked and reworked to get the spool unwrapped. In fact, it took me longer to get it unwrapped then to measure the wire out. Even though I had to work hard to unwrap the two spools of wire (that came from the Denver wherehouse) I felt really glad that the spools where wrapped this way. The Denver wherehouse got it right! The wire measured out correctly, also!
Now the other spool was shipped out of the New York wherehouse and this is where the problem begins. The spool had a delay and some train mishap (how this spool was shipped on a train is beyond me) but the delay took an extra day for ups to get sorted out and delivered. It showed up with no box (just the spool) and the spool was poorly wrapped. I was freaking out and took plenty of pictures; and then some. So I emailed David Bradman with attached pictures and waited. It occurred to me that there is shipping weight on the item. So, since copper is heavy, I grabbed the scales and WEIGHED THE SPOOL OF WIRE! The shipping weight was 54 pounds and the scales said 54.4 pounds. (Hopefully this company will put the tenth of a pound on which would be more helpful.) So, I knew that no wire could have been cut off because the spool was a little more then the shipping weight. I then take a real good look at how the spool is wrapped and is mainly wrapped in the center with plastic while the outer edges expose the wire. Fortunately, the end of the wire is in the center where the plastic is. So, I decided to unwrap it and measure it out. It measured out to the correct footage. 12 hours latter the email to David Bradman's email address comes back to me that it cannot receive emails. Nevertheless, I could have call him but did not as the case was resolved.
So… TWO THINGS TO REMEMBER IF YOU ORDER:
1) Pictures of the delivered item
2) Check the shipping weight and weigh item AND DO NOT BE AFRAID TO CALL CUSTOMER CARE IF SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT!
So, if I order again, I want it coming from the Denver wherehouse because they did a very great job at spool wrapping! The thief would be forced to take the spool and all! 😂😂 So, I would not be afraid to make an order with Nassau, just use the tip above!
