Great hotel,much improved option than…
Great hotel,much improved option than previously experienced a number of years ago on a National Holiday to Edinburgh. Good value for money ,coach was clean although tiolet a little tired but clean throughout. A comfortable journey with a friendly and helpful driver. Edinburgh Tattoo is a must see experience.

Lovely weekend in London to see Sinatra…
Lovely weekend in London to see Sinatra the musical. Steve our coach driver was absolutely fantastic. On pick up there was a demonstration happening so all traffic was delayed. Due to the heat and having to stand so long my elderly mother collapsed and fainted whilst we were waiting. On getting on the coach Steve was very caring and understanding kept asking if mum was ok and to shout if we needed anything. I cannot thank him enough for being so helpful and supporting.

A very long time on the coach for only…
A very long time on the coach for only 3 hours visiting. Hotel and coach driver were good but that’s all I would say was.
5-30 on the coach last pick up at 9-30 then on to Stratford 3 hours there then back on the coach.

I had to ring because I couldn't see all the information I require online.
The lady was lovely and gave me all the information I needed and took the booking.
She advised on when I would receive confirmation, which has since come through, and was happy to help with any further queries I may have.

Great experience
Great experience, good driver and nice coach. Excellent position of hotel, opposite the pier and beach. Clean and comfortable hotel with home cooked, varied menu. Excellent trips. Thoroughly enjoyable

The itillery
The itillery, the weather was good. Simon the driver was good. However, the Grand Hotel we believe was not so Grand. Adaquate for a 1 night stay. Had to request a hand towel. No towels of any kind in our room. Only 1 lift serviced 6 floors.

Driver Keaton, was excellent, very polite and accommodating despite not being provided with correct information for our pick up point and other cancellation. Poor performance by management and admin team. Liverpool is a great place to visit

The journey was too long
The journey was too long. Kept making too many stops because we started off too early. I think it took about 18 hours to get to the hotel in Ireland.I know you have to allow for things happening but that was way over the top in my opinion. The rest was good
