They damaged my car
They damaged my car. This included paint scratches, damage to an integral bolt that helps secure the spoiler, and a small dent. In addition, the overall finish of the repair itself was below an acceptable standard.
During the repair, the engineer cut himself on the glass and bled inside the vehicle. I had to clean this myself afterwards, which was both unpleasant and unacceptable.
I emailed them, as instructed by them, with my concerns and its been 2 weeks without any response.

Helpful and courteous
I went to their depot because it was raining too hard for a home call out. They were expecting me, even though I was early. They quoted an hour and were done in 45 minutes.
All courteous and helpful. Free wi-fi appreciated while I waited in the warm and dry.

Obviously had to wait for glass to be delivered , as they don't stock units any more , but what's new , every company the same . But fitter was great , a little let down by no vacuuming of broken glass but again , they fit glass not clean cars

Got my windscreen replaced on my BMW…
Got my windscreen replaced on my BMW X1, unfortunately the first time it was done slightly incorrectly but this was resolved with a new screen soon after. Easy to contact and arrange replacements.
