DON’T USE THIS COMPANY!
Very disappointing experience with National Windscreens. During the windscreen replacement, the antenna that connects the key to our car was broken. The car wouldn’t start or lock. The technician denied causing the damage and told me it wasn’t his problem.
We were left without a car for eight days. Because it couldn’t be locked, our insurance company told us it wouldn’t be covered. The complaints department gave us the runaround instead of resolving the issue.
Shocking customer service. I would not recommend National Windscreen, terrible company!!

Great service
Was easy to book and were very helpful when I wasn’t sure whether the chip could be repaired. In the end it was. Called on the morning to give me a 2 hour window and the tracking is really good. Good job done as well- at home. Great technician.
