Good job and completed quicker than…
Good job and completed quicker than expected. Location was not ideal for dropping off the car and had to wait a couple of weeks to be seen but other than that service was great.

Took less time than quoted
Work done well before quoted which was great. But quite a few finger prints of adhesive left on screen. Haven't received a receipt of acknowledgement of work.

The man who came was very nice, very professional. It was on a day when the heat was 32•. I did tell him he could leave it until it was cooler but he said he didn't want to leave me with a broken windshield. I am very grateful to him and a job well done. Thank you

Excellent service from the technician
The vehicle technician was great! Rang us 15 mins beforehand to say he was on his way and the work and service he provided was excellent. The only negative was that we had to wait over 2 weeks for the appointment.

Awful company
Awful company. Installed a damaged windscreen. When reported to the company was informed I would have to cover the cost of a new one when the damage was on the screen prior to fitting and highlighted to the company 20 minutes after the fitter left have photo evidence with time stamps and nothing. Go autoglass next time. Take the hit. Shocking.

Great service all round
Great service all round. The booking process was straightforward and easy.
It was also very convenient to have the windscreen fitted at home.
On the day of fitting, the technician arrived promptly. He was very professional and had a friendly manner.
The windscreen was fitted and the car and surrounds were left spotless when he'd finished. The technician carried out checks on all the new windscreen features, e.g. heated windscreen etc. The old windscreen was disposed of by National Windscreens.
I was left with clear instructions regarding when I could use the car and when I could next wash the car etc.
I am very pleased with a thoroughly professional service by National Windscreens.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service, all staff were polite and professional, didn't mind me hanging around their seating area until the job was done. Windscreen was replaced much faster than expected. Would recommend.
