5 DAY wait to fit a windscreen

The whole process was easy from booking the repair to the technician coming to my home and replacing the window screen.He was efficient and left no mess.He fully explained the aftercare required.Very Satisfied

3 and a half weeks later... Service required improvement
Almost a week to respond and order a screen, then another wait for that to arrive before being able to book in... Then no appointments for 2 and a half weeks.
Car had to go into a workshop, whereas Autoglass will repair on site. Workshop yard was untidy, waiting room grubby, and customer toilet filthy. No facilities to get a drink. Cars literally being raced in/out of the workshop.
It's amazing that the repair seems pretty good, but the service was poor.
