The technician was very professional…
The technician was very professional and did a brilliant job, the call centre was a bit of a nightmare when trying to pay as the payment system was rubbish and the person I spoke to for help was useless. Also communication by text to say the fitter would be there at a certain time was rubbish, as he had already confirmed his arrival himself been done the job and gone. So in all fairness outstanding job done by the technician.

The team at the centre in Derby were excellent, greeted into the centre promptly, windscreen damage assessed and explained. Made sure I was informed and happy with the work before leaving site with the vehicle.

My windscreen was damaged on the way to holiday Parking at Kegworth.
My windscreen was damaged on the way to an overnight and 2 weeks holiday parking. The repair was arranged via the helpline on a Sunday evening to be carried out whilst we were in Greece. Everything was done as promised, l collected the car today on my return. Excellent service.
