From delivery to collection was 3 hours, which is so much better than the advertised possible 4 hours for a replacement windscreen. Plenty of email and text contact throughout the process.

The lovely guy in the office made me coffee and I was kept updated while they replaced the windscreen. A lovely team and they did a brilliant job!

Excellent service from a professional team!
There were some complications in getting my replacement windscreen fitted to my Range Rover but these issues were dealt with efficiently by the technicians Sam and Charlie at the Hastings depot and whilst it meant a brief delay in the job being done the process was dealt with very professionally by National Windscreens and completed to my total satisfaction.

Reasonable Experience
Windscreen fitting was delayed due to delay in obtaining appropriate screen, however I was kept informed& new appointment arranged to my convenience
Screen fitted well but difficult to get in contact with workshop to check as to whether the car was ready to collect. Had to just turn up hoping it was finished

Can't fault the technician who came to repair the screen. He was great. However had to wait 9 days for an appointment which caused problems as I had to reschedule my car service and MOT.
