booking was easy one to one with Jack and Ish in Leicester branch always pull out the stops to keep our fleet on the road. Great engineers, very helpful and flexible. the only thing that lets the service down is the fixing pads supplied to refit window sensors.

Front windscreen replacement by National Windscreen
The new windscreen replacement was repaired efficiently. The process was seamlessly done without any problem. People were friendly. It would have been five stars rated. But some sections on the bottom of the screen were not pressed and sealed properly. I had to press it to seal myself.

Not happy with the experience
The glass on the back seat had not been hoovered. The trim on the glass has not been put on properly in one section. The glass is not exact to the original one

Took double the time and not completed fully
Rather than having my vehicle ready by lunchtime, I got a message to say it would be pushed back and hour. I called 30 minutes before closing time to be told it was ready. When I arrived, I was told the screen was being recalibrated. Left just as they were closing.
3 weeks later, the first day it rained, the automatic windscreen wipers aren't working (so much for the calibration). I've called, went through to head office. Told the depot if be getting a call back. Still waiting for that

We sincerely apologize for the significant delays and the issues you experienced with your vehicle, especially the non-functional automatic windscreen wipers. The wipers will not have been effected by the calibration as this is not part of your ADAS system. We understand your frustration and you will get a callback from the depot to look into this.

Cowboys.
Had an appointment to change the whole windscreen, when the guys showed up they tried persuading me to just get all the chips filled rather than replace the whole windscreen. I got the sense that they wanted to get done as quick as possible as when I was saying no they kept pushing until I eventually told them I had been told by my employer to change the whole windscreen. Inside the vehicle was a complete mess on the dashboard, if it wasn't a national company I would say they were cowboys. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because they rang me to tell me they were in the way.
I would not recommend to anyone.
