The call centre staff arranging the appointment for me so quickly. The staff who greeted me and took my vehicle in, replaced the windscreen were professional and friendly and very quick. I would recommend this unit to anyone who needs this service and give them a highly recommended from me.

Very untidy job
I rescheduled my appointment for the afternoon times but it was disregarded as the technician arrived at 9am, I was at work, luckily my partner was still home. I also came back home to see the finished job and there’s chipped paint on the top corner where the roof meets the glass from windshield removal which I now have to get touchup paint so it doesn’t rust and rot through over time, there was also a lot of windowbond residue around the roof and A pillers, the drivers side windshield trim to A piller was also not installed correctly. Just a very untidy job to be honest. I was going to leave it and not throw in complaints until I got an email asking for a review.
