Easy and concise way to book on line. We had a home service, although had to wait for over a week for either home or garage service at both Bury and Manchester depots.
David, the mechanic contacted us regarding the time of arrival. He arrived on time, and fixed the windscreen for us.

It took 3 weeks to get an appointment
It took 3 weeks to get an appointment, not great considering the crack started as a small one and ended up across the screen
The depot looked like a garage from the 1980’s, dirty, scuzzy and staff vaping in the office
The only plus side was I was able to wait - (although I will add the waiting room circa 1990 and looked like it could do with de-sanitising let alone a clean)
Appointment slot 4 hours work done in around 2 hours

Fitter phoned ahead and arrived on time with correct glass (after incorrect supply due to data base error wrt build standard had been resolved with Bristol depot manager).
Believe fit was bit of challenge due to exterior trims. Best fit possible with small scratch to paintwork and minor lifting of trim after engineer left.
Car now secure and window functions for another victim of senseless criminal smash and grab.
