Windscreen fitted perfectly but location was poor 13 miles from my house also not easy to speak to branch.

It was easy to get an appointment…
It was easy to get an appointment booked via my car insurance for a replacement windscreen at the Newmarket location.
Good communication from setting the appointment to the actual appointment.
Dropped off car at scheduled time, Valter was great. Car was done an hour earlier than expected and to a high standard using genuine VW parts.

The appointment was scheduled to arrive…
The appointment was scheduled to arrive until maximum 15:30 ,but they arrived arround 16:35 and ,after service was supposed take over 1 hour was made in 50 minutes....
Left the car untidy,cables off,seems car computer board drawer control ,but they said was from dashcamera watt I don't have ....
Rush for finish the job....
