Very mixed experience
Very poor communication prior to appt.
Also on day of appt no room to park car in depot. Surrounding roads were full or had yellow lines. Had to drive away and come back in 90 mins. The actual fit was good and the man i dealt with was professional and courteous. The esperience prior to this would worry me if i had to go back.

Very easy to book a home appointment. Communication with local depot excellent. Fitter arrived on time and replaced the front windscreen in under 2 hours.

Excellent service througgout
Telephone call to book the appointment was excellent: patient and thorough. I had to change the date and was able to do it in seconds online. The fitting & technical team did an excellent job of replacing my windscreen and were vey patient in answering my questions about the process. Very satisfied.

Really efficient and accessible
Really efficient and accessible. I was able to simply drop the car off and contacted when available. The location (from a town-relation perspective) was great, and easy to get to off the M6 motorway. Staff were helpful and a full replacement was completed in approx. 1 hour 30.

Good service and happy with the job. The only niggle was the multitude of booking reminders I received by text and email - which were all wrong.
