The operative was prompt and…
The operative was prompt and professional. Before leaving he reminded me not to take the car through a car wash, until the windscreeen adhesive was firmly set. My only complaint is that he put my handbrake on so firmly that I nearly gave up trying to get it off. I'm 74 so my wrists aren't as strong as they used to be. Actually I don't think they were ever very strong.
