My screen was replaced at the Weston office. The staff were very friendly and the screen replaced within 3 hours. It is over 14 days now and I have experienced zero issues.

I am soooooo upset...
I am soooooo upset.... the windscreen wasnt cleaned and altho i am told its glued in the exterior black plastic surround has not been put back on correctly and is loose.
I am immune sippressed and at extremely high risk of dying from covid its not easy for me 2 just pop the car back as it will then have 2 be quarantined for yet another 7 days which means my 2 rescue dogs wont be able to go for a walk for another week....
All because someone couldnt be bothered to do their job properly.

I rang and booked an appointment to…
I rang and booked an appointment to have a small chip repaired. I was told I’d be contacted on the day to confirm the appointment time. No one rang so I called them. They didn’t have my booking as the first contact hadn’t booked me in. Had to book again for weeks later! Day of the 2nd booking all went well and the technician great! Hence the score!!

Very poor uncaring service at management level
From the outset, the service has been appalling and I have just got off the phone, again, to request why I haven't had the refund that was agreed two weeks ago by a regional manager. Promises of a phone call to me hasn't materialised and I have spent a few hours of my time dealing with NW either on chat or by phone which has infuriated me. I was given the option of Autoglass or NW by my insurer, I know where I will be heading next time I require windscreen repairs or replacement.

Friendly staff and competent work completed in timeframe given. However I have one slight concern in that my car didn’t appear to have been cleaned out sufficiently after the job. I found several pieces of glass left on the front seats and carpets and had to ask the employee to brush them out before I left the premises.
