The windscreen was incorrectly fitted
The windscreen was incorrectly fitted, leaving a 10 mm gap in the rubber seal. It now needs completely replacing.

The technician was brilliant
The technician was brilliant, and the lady on reception. The booking service team werent good, my reg was put down wrong and the widscreen as a replacement instead of a repair. Had to ring up 3 times before everything was done correctly.

Replaced with a non Volvo windscreen of inferior quality. I can now see the electric wires in the heated windscreen on a sunny day as they aren't aligned in uniform.
Didn't fit the wipers we paid for but did refund promptly when raised
