Es ist wirklich fast unglaublich: du bestellst in einem scheinbar unpersönlichen Internetshop ein paar Kleinigkeiten für die Reparatur der Sitzfläche eines Bugholzstuhles. Gerade eben mal 30€ Bestellwert. Dann meldet sich die Inhaberin bei dir per mail und macht dich drauf aufmerksam, dass deine Bestellung eventuell falsch ist und fragt nach, wofür du ganz genau die Materialien brauchst. Man kommt gemeinsam drauf, dass ich die Bestellung tatsächlich falsch gemacht habe, stellt richtig, macht Bilder von den beiden Produkten, wie sie hergerichtet, verpackt und in die Versandschachtel eingelegt wurden und ein paar Tage später ist alles passgenau an deiner Haustüre - besser geht es einfach nicht.

Ordered various moulding to complete a large bookcase project for a home study. The products are excellent, great quality and detail and they were dispatched and delivered really quickly. If you are looking to add a bit of detail to a furnitutre or door project then I'd 100% recommend Naturetrend.
