Super experience - a few of our trims were slightly different sizes but when I spoke with customer service they were quick to respond and helped me with an additional order. The bobbin moulding we ordered was of great quality, easy to cut (saw) prime and paint and have made such a difference to our wardrobes!

Great company, true people!

The rattan panels and wedge shaped strip were excellent and very good quality. Very pale and, in my case, needed some staining (difficult).
Would have benefited from a warning about import duty which increased the cost by 50% and delivery time by 10 days.

j'ai fait une grosse commande. les moulures recues sont de finitions de basse qualite. ils m'avaient envoye des echantillons qui etaient parfait. sur ma commande , les moulures sont parfois mal tailles par leur machine. les bouts des moulures sont mal coupees . donc il faut le recouper . j 'ai recue des moulures de 1 metre et de 2.5 metres qui ne sont pas droites, le bois a cintre. c'est cher a l'achat et il y a des pertes, des chutes. je leur ai envoye des messages pour leur dire . je n ai recu aucune reponse!!!!
i did a big order. the moldings that i received are low quality , not well finished.the ends are not well cut then i have to cut by myself the i loose offcuts ,losses. but moldings are expensives. i sent messages for explaning but they never reply, they don't care!

Everything was perfect. I had a few questions, they where quickly answered. I ordered from the Netherlands, it arrived very quickly. Products are beautiful! I ordered wooden ornaments.

Site bien fait, Produits de menuiserie de qualité ( rotin, cannage, treillis...) livrables en échantillons . Service très réactif pour l'exécution et l'envoi des commandes. Emballage parfait. Rectification immédiate en cas d'erreur .
