Tom was an absolute star, start to finish. The onboarding process was simple and super quick.

I had an Issue today which Mathew very efficiently solved for me. I love the fact that I can always speak to someone and any issues you may have are dealt with quickly and professionally.

National business communications phoned me within seconds off putting my details in a comparison website, Solomon was so helpful funny and professional. Really happy with the price, products I’m getting when I’m getting it. Emma did the last bit just waiting for it all to arrive but 5 stars to Solomon for his service 😀

Received great customer service support from Tom Oates! he knew exactly why I was having issues with my Polycom VX250 and was able to diagnose and fix the issue within 5 minutes.

Could I give a massive thank you to Mark, Ollie, Emma and Tom! - they have all been extremely helpful in their own ways and I am grateful for the support they have given.

The reason I went forward with NBC was because of my initial call with Mark, his approach was non-salesy, not pushy at all, gave me all the options and left me to decide on my own accord.

Having spoken with numerous VOIP providers, NBC stuck out a mile away. Very pleased and look forward to using their services.

A phone call, a couple of emails and that was it! Up and running within 48 hours with a fabulous online app. I highly recommend using this supplier.

I am changing from 1 star to 4 stars, because since my complaint, I was contacted by the account manager Jamie Green, and he has amazingly handled this. He explained what happened, and why the decisions were taken like this, and he also listened to the phone call recording and he understands my position. He ended my contract without any issues and left the door open for future collaboration.

The part that made me change this, is that he said after my situation, they would introduce this type of mitigation and sales pressure handling to their salespeople. For me, this is a company that is adapting, wants to grow and cares about their customers.

Terrible company. They signed the contract in my place without my consent.
I would never recommend them. I told them I liked the offer and they insisted on giving them all the details so they could send the contract the next day. The next day I got a confirmation of the contract and direct debit to the account without me signing anything.
Now my lawyer is talking to them, but they are very tricky and only want your money, forcing you into a 24-month contract.

We have recently switched to NBC who have been nothing short of fantastic since before they even sold the package to us! Manny and Emma, in particular, have been extremely patient and understanding with us, from the sale to onboarding. Despite a few glitches upon setting up the equipment (not the fault of NBC - Openreach!), all members of the team gave us as much time and attention as we needed to keep the business running smoothly. Thank you - you have certainly found a loyal customer in us.

Lottie was, calm, patient and understanding of the problem. She showed zero sign of frustration even though it took her over 2 hours to sort out! A valuable member of any team i suspect.

fantastic service a few minor glitches that were quickly sorted out and system now fully functional. I dealt with a guy called Tom Oates who was especially helpful. We are new business and I would recommend NBC as a service provider

Having requested help on several occasions recently I raised a complaint which still hasn't been responded to. I decided today to call and press a different button and got through to Matt in the onboarding team. What a fantastic positive response . There was a complete ' CAN DO ' attitude which is refreshing.

Just signed up for their Cloud Voice System.
Spoke with someone who was very helpful, and it was a huge relief to be able to phone and simply get through to someone after the wasted time and mental contortions of dealings with BT.
Can't comment on the Cloud Voice System itself as have only just signed up for it, but feel that if there are issues we will be able to get help promptly.
