My business had a major issue at inception that led us to leave a negative review of NBC.
Following a great deal of dialogue, including directors, James and Stuart becoming involved, the difficulties have been resolved.
What struck me, was the pride these two individuals took in the image of the company.

I think the best gauge of a company's service is in their reaction to challenging situations.

Our installation was complex and impacted by hardware limitations, outside of NBC's influence.

Lottie regularly checked in on our progress, provided access to support specialists, and oversaw a difficult process with care, consideration, and positivity.

A great example of Customer Helping; which beats simple Customer Service every time.

had an unexpected phone call from Jayleigh. She was very pleasant and helpfull. I showed an interest in her suggestions and the paperwork was sent to me. I realised therewere problems as I have an EMERGENCY BUTTON WHICH I WEAR AT ALL TIMES. It comes through bt landline. I agreed to enquire about this. I was also concerned about my bt time for renewal. Victoria was VERY HELPFUL AND SUGGESTED i LEAVE IT FOR THE MOMENT. NO PRESSURE. I intend to enquire about this and hope to be with you at a later date. Jayleigh and Victoria were very pleasant and helpful.
