Kezia the customer services representative I spoke to on the phone was extremely pleasant knowledgeable and listened to everything I had to say coupled with providing aa eventual solution that was too my turtle satisfaction. Mark vailes dealt with our transition and was friendly, professional and talked us through the whole process putting us at ease.
The engineer came on time as planned and was friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

Raised a query ref the mixed 2.4Ghz & 5Ghz bands and how to sort a problem of a remote cleaner needing 2.4Ghz only to function. Heidi promptly sorted the problem and notified me. Great service from the support team and from the Truespeed performance generally.
Insanely long queue times for customer support
Having recently escaped the clutches of my previous provider I was looking forward to greener pastures when it comes to broadband.
Truespeed were the only provider in my area that could provide bi-directional gigabit speeds, but also offered a great, fixed contract price (with no annual price hikes) and also have on shore support staff so after a few chats with their marketing staff I finally decided to give them a try.
Installation happened today and I had a few small issues/queries so decided to get in touch with them to iron them out.
To my surprise I have found that the chat service that they used to have has now been scrapped.
In light of this I tried to call them, however, after waiting for 85 minutes on hold, the call just dropped and their working hours are about to finish.
Having local support staff is great and all, but if you can't get a hold of them, what's the point?
Reading the other reviews, this seems like a reoccurring issue and it really sours my opinion on Truespeed, which is not great considering I just started my contract with them.

As i was unable to get a hold of anyone on the phone I chose to send an email yesterday and Truespeed were very quick to respond. While I am still unhappy that i couldn't get a hold of anyone over the phone, I appreciate the quick turnaround on the email, so will bump up the rating to 3/5

I rang this morning to chase up when the conduct pipe would be delivered, spoke to Dylan who was very helpful.
Jake Taylor came and delivered the pipe and then actually went out of his way putting the WiFi cable into the pipe for us so we would not have another call out. What a refreshing change to have someone go out of their way and be helpful. Keep hold of him he is a good 1. Thanks both
