Warte seit 10 Wochen auf den bestellten BH.
Nach dem Kauf gibt es keine Bestellbestätigung, keine Bestellnummer oder so, man hat überhaupt keine Möglichkeit mit dem Händler in Kontakt zu treten. Die Ware ist bezahlt, ca 37 € die ich anscheinend auch aus dem Fenster hätte werfen können - mit dem Unterschied, dass sich dann vielleicht ein netter und anständiger Mensch über das Geld freut und nicht diese Halunken.

Versand hat geklappt, aber die Ware war viel zu groß. Rücksendung schwierig, da die Links auf der Seite nicht funktionieren.

Katastrophe - Ware ist Schrott - musste die Rücksendung bezahlen (17 Euro) und habe keine Kaufpreiserstattung (79,90 Euro) erhalten - angeblich ist Rückzahlung an Paypal von Emma erfolgt - bei Paypal ist jedoch keine Rückzahlung angekommen - stinkt zum Himmel - werde Anzeige bei der Polizei erstatten

Ware ist dann doch sehr spät geliefert wird

Auch ich bin auf die Firma reingefallen,Lieferung Wochen später in 2Paketen,die Rücksendung soll ich bezahlen.
Ich werde versuchen über Hermes unfrei zurückzusenden.

Do not buy Hypersoft sneakers online from this company, especially in Canada. What they send you size wise is way off what it should be and the soles are not soft at all. In order to return your purchase and get a refund, you have to mail your package back to the company, at your own expense! There are 2 other ridiculous options that they offer in order to fix their error. In Canada, you have to mail them to an address in Florida =$$$! After I bought my sneakers, I discovered you can buy this style on Amazon or in many Canadian stores, and they are cheaper! Save your money people, shop Canadian! This company does not manufacture these sneakers themselves, they are just a distributor.

Der BH Lace bra by Nicole ist eine Beleidigung an die Frauen. Von wegen, Kundenzufriedenheit ist unsere oberste Prioriät. 6 Wochen Wartezeit, Werbung bis zum Abwinken und dann kommt ein Lappen daher, der nicht einstellbar ist, sich in alle Richtungen verzieht und absolut keinen Halt bietet. Etwas sehr luftig-lottriges. Angeblich ja von "Experten" gefertigt. Da es schwer ist, Kontakt zu dieser Firma zu bekommen, landet er gleich in den Müll. Somit bin ich um eine Erfahrung reicher.

Long long wait for delivery. Tried to cancel.
Product delivered and was completely not fit for purpose. Flimsy netting used at the sides which was totally unsuitable and split as soon as it was put on.
This company is totally unreliable, don’t respond to contacts and are supplying cheap, nasty garments.

Die Lasche der cosi Sandalen war viel zu weit. Ich wollte sie zurück schicken, bin aber erschrocken, dass die Rücksendung auf meine Kosten ging und dies in die Slowakei! Zollzettel, heruntergeladene Rücksendebestätigung ausfüllen, Kosten etc.
Man schlug mir vor, 40% als Gutschein zu vergüten, dafür könne ich die Sandalen behalten....

Unterirdisch, Finger weg, zurück schicken unmöglich und das Geld bekommt man auch nicht wieder. Die Passform ist übrigens auch unmöglich.

I ordered a bra last year, & it was perfect. I ordered another one this year, & the bra is totally NOT the same bra. It is supposed to be seam-free. The new one has seams everywhere, & the ones around the shoulder/armpit dig in uncomfortably. The fabric is completely different from the previous bra. As described by many other complaints, no reply from "Alice". No other way to contact the company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Hypersoft sneakers payées le 28 juin 2021 grise et noires plusieurs relances toujours rien reçues. Je ne suis pas contente du tout ni de leur site ni de leur service commercial c'est une honte.

Ich hatte schon mehrmals bei "Nicole" bestellt. Einmal kam chinesische Billigware, zwei Mal schöne Wäsche. Diesmal kamen wieder vier unmögliche, untragbare Bustiers, die nichts mit den Bildern der Werbung zu tun haben. Bei meiner schriftlichen und mündlichen Reklamation wurde vereinbart, die Ware auf meine Kosten zurückzusenden, dann wird das Geld retourniert, was ich auch getan habe...Ein Scherz - keine Möglichkeit, das Geld zurück zu bekommen. Als Antwort kommen vorgefertigte, nichtssagende Mails, nur eine Verzögerungstaktik. Bitte, liebe Damen: FINGER WEG, kauft in eurem Land bei heimischen Firmen!!!!
Nachtrag: Dank PayPal habe ich mein Geld zurück bekommen!!!

BH viel zu klein, ich soll 2 Tage auf den rücksendeschein warten obwohl man ja die Kosten selbst übernehmen soll. Finger weg!

They sent me one of two bras I ordered. When I sent an email to the email on the website, I received a reply that the email does not take messages, even though it did previously. I called and was told they would look into it. Still no response after a week. They quickly answer your questions about the product but not after receiving it. I do NOT recommend this company. Their products are from China. The Lace bra is not as comfortable as the commercials say.

I ordered 1 lacy bra at the regular price. After checking out, I was given the option to purchase another bra for $29.95, so ordered another bra. The first bra I received was the original order and was satisfied with my purchase, but when I received the second bra, I was not satisfied at all - the edges were unfinished. So I requested a return and replacement and even sent a picture of the original bra that had been finished. I was given a voucher for $29.95. When placing my re-order, I had to pay another $18.00 (so paying regular price for the replacement.) When I received the replacement, the bra was way too big, plus the edges were unfinished!!!! So I requested a full refund. I was refunded $18.00 and when I e-mailed them about refunding the $29.95, I was told that the voucher was non-refundable!!!! When I received the voucher, and have the e-mails to prove it, there was no mention of the voucher being non-refundable. After going back and forth with support via e-mail with no satisfaction, I called Customer Support and was told the same thing. I asked for an address where I could send a complaint and was told to submit to the e-mail address on the website. My e-mail came back as "this address is not monitored." I am going to try contacting again as they owe me $29.95 or need to give me another voucher!!!!

Hände weg gibt nur Ärger.
Keine gute Qualität und Umtausch nur auf eigene Rechnung .Die Retoure muß man nach Slovakia schicken das sagt schon alles,denn im Onlineshop ist nirgends die Rede davon ,nur von Zürich, soll, wohl einen Seriösen Eindruck machen.Eine Kundenservice Nummer wird angeboten aber nur mit englischer Kommunikation, was mich eigentlich schon hätte stutzig machen müssen ,denn die Schweizer können auch deutsch reden ,aber egal man erreicht da sowieso keinen.Mir wurde eine komplette Erstattung des Kaufpreises versprochen ,bin gespannt ob ich auch ein Teil der Versandkosten 17€ zurück bekomme ,ich melde mich dann noch Mal mit dem Ausgang der Geschichte.
Jap melde mich wieder zurück heute wurde mir der Kaufpreis von 39,95€ komplett erstattet für die Hypersoft Sneaker ,leider bin ich auf die Versandkosten sitzen geblieben .

Produkt: billigster Schrott, Kommunikation: null. Geschäftsbedingungen: mies! - War aber selbst schuld! Warum habe ich nicht VORHER die katastrophalen Bewertungen gelesen.

Hier bin ich nochmals. Hatte schon eine Bewertung zum Onlineshop NbyNicole abgegeben. Nach hartnäckigem Nachfragen wurde mir nun doch 40 % Rabatt auf meine zu teuer eingekaufte Evelynbag über PP ausbezahlt...immerhin ein kleiner Erfolg, wenn sich auch eine Rücksendung kostentechnisch nicht lohnt. Besser sich vorher informieren wo man bestellt! GP

I ordered a bra it arrived it was okay, a sleeping bra at best, I ordered a neck messager just a few minutes after ordering the bra, the deciding factor was they sent me a 20 off my next purchase so i paid 39.95 plus 20 dollar coupon, never received the messager. Since October 2020, I've been arguing with a customer service thing named Alice, can't really say customer service, cause she never performed anything except call me a liar. The sent me a form saying I didn't receive the package, this was oh 4 months later,again I sent the form, my receipt and my bank statement, guess what NOTHING, I know your saying give up, can't, it's not in me to take abuse from anyone any more, I have the tenacity of a pit bull. Ya know at this point I just want to meet Alice, I want to make her eat my receipt, it's principals now. Alice called me a liar said I never bought the merchandise. They lie, steal no morales or integrity. Poor quality items the entire company are hacks and rip off artists. Alice why not just come get my receipt that way you can have a hard copy!
