I had a problem with my internet Chloe spent up to 45 mins trying to get my internet to no avail no questions asked she sorted a new router out to get delivered asap and discounted me for loss of service great customer service

We were having problems with our Internet connection and spoke to a lovely lady called cloe she was absolutely brilliant she took us through the procedure of reseting our router and she was very patient with us and we were reconnected in a matter of minutes well done cloe you were great!! Alan

I had just moved into my first place and despite it taking roughly about 5/6 weeks for the wifi to be fitted due to some technical errors. The staff at neatley were very friendly and very helpful. They literally bent over backwards to escalate it further with open reach. Again despite it taking so long and being very frustrating. I’d highly recommend neatley as the staff were so helpful every step of the way.

Extremely recommended customer service experience
Had an extremely helpful customer service person at 10am this morning during a delicate situation where my internet was cut off due to a former housemate. Within 30 minutes, the issue was fully resolved. Fantastic, responsive experience and I dread to think how painful and protracted this would have been if I was dealing with a corporation. GREAT.

Terrible terrible network commitment or communication. Told me 24 hour communication also. That’s not the case, it’s the reason my go live was 10th March. 🙄
Still 2 lights on router, and told to email, no thank you.

A beautiful alternative to the big…
A beautiful alternative to the big providers. The difference shows in lower costs and a more ethical relationship to materials. Instead of just sending a new router they make sure to not waste material and fix what is fixable and get broken routers send back to them. But the most important point is the more personal flair talking with the helpdesk. I talked with the same person over again and when I got connected with another person they knew each other personally.
Both were very helpfull and efficient and at the same time treating me just like a fellow citizen and not like another anonymous client.

Outstanding Service
I switched my broadband today to
Neatley. I was a bit worried as there were some bad reviews and not that many but I am absolutely delighted! My existing service had been disconnected in the early hours of this morning so all I had to do was plug the new router in and it was done! Absolutely love that I had no configuration to do - just so easy. I have spoken to the support team two or three times and they have always been so friendly and helpful.

Absolute Disaster
I live on a boat and I had a contract with Vodafone for both my phone and wifi, my signal was patchy, but I had a download speed of 15mb, but due to the nature of my job I needed something faster for downloading and uploading files.
People recommend going to o2 in my location, because this is a business contract I searched about for Tariffs and Neatley came up.
Since joining Neatley it's been one disaster after another. Firstly, I signed up for two contracts, one phone, one wifi, Neatley only sent out one SIM card. Then I couldn't get the sim to work in my router, more credit to James who helped me go into back end of the router to change the settings.
My business number which is with all my contacts was meant to be ported over from Vodafone, low and behold, they was a balls up on this, this time of year is my busiest as a freelance designer where I would be signing up for new contracts and new clients and taking on work from old clients... Which no body was able to get hold of me.
Now lets talk about the download speed, on a good day, I am lucky if I get 1.4mb from the wifi and 2.6mb from 4g.
Since joining Neatley my business has suffered, you call or email their support line, no body comes back to you.
I would avoid this company at all cost.
A formal complaint has been filed with o2, Oftel and the office of fair trading.

Only been with neatley around 6 months. I was a but sceptical after reading reviews but they seemed to be proved wrong, ive had no issues so far everythings been running smoothly. James is wonderful and so helpful so thank you james for setting me up with a great deal!
