We had an excellent experience working with neighbors bank (Cooper, Rob Parham, Kathleen) on a USDA loan. The process had several underwriting hurdles, but they handled everything with professionalism, patience, and constant communication. They stayed on top of every detail, explained each step clearly, and made what was a very stressful process (government shutdown) feel manageable.
